yeah it tastes good...grated cucumber with yogurt..tastes good and nutritionally beneficial...

Since there are such a variety of flavors of yogurt, you would have to see what works for you. Key lime pie yogurt and cucumber would prbably go good since some people eat cucumbers with a splash of lemon.

Actually I make a salad which is something similar. I grate the cucumber, drain off some of the juice and then add a mixture of cream and vinegar, so it has a sweet & sour taste.
