The cheapest and easiest way to improve the appearance of stretchmarks is to whiten it with whitening lotion. choose one that works on you. this takes some time so you have to be patient. depending on the lotion you use, results should be seen in 2 months or so. going to the dermatologist is a better but more expensive alternative.

I never thought whitening lotion can help. I've been using whitening lotion now and then.

what is your age, and what caused the stretch marks? .. if it is because of recent pregnancy and childbirth, .. your doctor would have recommended you some wonderful natural oils or skin-rubs. I would have given your one such skin-rub, which is made from ALOE VERA .. and, of course HONEY., if you were my patient. but, if the stretch marks are because of obesity... then too, the aloe vera medicines and creams would work.. but, I will ask you to wait, till you complete your recovery from REDUCING WEIGHT. GOODLUCK.

I am 30, single and no children. I remember obtaining stretchmarks in my teenage years, I gain a little bit weight and then everytime I have my menstrual period I feel itchy on parts of my body where stretchmarks occur and I scratched it. Now I am skinny.

i guessed as much. . that your personal case is not because of pregnancy and childbirth.... please use ALOE VERA leaf pulp, and honey... as an application on the whole abdomen!.. 3 to 5 days, before your menstrual periods. it is cheap, and easy and very effective to cure your itching and gives you a smooth skin soon! goodluck.

Bio Oil according to some; OR some Vitamin E in it's purest form along with some shea butter. that DOES the trick; and not some stuff with shea but some 100% shea butter no artificial stuff or preservatives; That's what I'm talking about; once you start, it takes some time to disappear but keep it up. sites i frequent: Ebay.com tkoskin.com luckyvitamin.com nubianheritage.com mimisoap.com also get some black soap to go with it and you'll see great results.

Hi Lanikekins!. I believe there are cream for stretch mark in pharmacist but I don't know if that will work or not. Its better is you go to dermatologist and share it with them I am sure they will have the solution. I hear Mary Frances body line and Impression offer this kind of service with modern machinery but they cost a lot, dermatologist much cheaper.

Only if I have enough money to support stretchmarks treatment I will go to dermatologist or clinic. Anyways, thanks for that.

I have found that if I get some sun, or use a fake bake tanning lotion, it reduces the appearance of those blasted scars. For awhile, (when I had more money at my disposal) I used a cream call StriVectin. It softened the texture of the stretch marks and seemed to make them slowly go away. But the fact is, the only way to completely get rig of stretch marks would be laser or surgical intervention. Sorry, babe - it's just one of those things a lot of women have to live with.

Thanks anyways for sharing StriVectin, I guess I just have to hide this for the rest of my life.
