Tool Bar Problem

Does anybody know why all of a sudden I can't open MyLot or my email account from my Google toolbar. I have both icons on it and have always been able to click on them and open programs. Now, I'm clicking on them and it tries to go there, a tab opens as if I was there, but the page never opens on the screen. I might mention that I have been having lots of probems. My MyLot account was hacked twice in a row and deleted and my email was tampered with last month. I have since changed my security provider (was using Norton) as well as my passwords. Both accounts have been put back in place but they won't open from the toolbar. Does anyboy have any ideas as to why? Would appreciate any help I could get. I'm so tired of problems with this computer, I'm about ready to throw it off a cliff!! Thanks

Gabs,,I'm such a computer wiz that I don't even know how to check my security settings or what they should be set on for that matter! Just call Me Joyce Gates!!
Anyway, do you know how to check them and what I look for?

I would uninstall and reinstall the toolbars. I found that I had to turn off my modem and unplug my router the other day and restart everything to solve the problem I had. I hope some of these ideas are helpful to you.
