Gptcashcow- is it really paying?

Does anybody here received payment from GPTcashcow? It has admin and chat room but I don't why they declined my first payment request of $5. I've ask Raegan but she says that she don't see any payment request from me and I found out that it was declined. And now I am waiting for my second payment, I want to know if anyone received payment from GPTcashcow and how long does did you wait for your payment? Thanks!

Oh, that is a scam site already. Don't even bother to wait for your payment. This is a scam site for while already. I thought everyone stop working there.
