Yes Ben, for your online safety, never give your any password and landline phone number to any site! Also, giving of your physical address may be well scrutinized by you depending upon the site's program! They may corrupt your account by getting your password! But you may fill up your PayPal e-mail address, more likely the secondary one or next, for the sites associated with earnings! Thanks for this nice posting and have good online programs!!

Never give your username or password to any site. There's a very high possibility that it's a scam

It is okay to give your paypal addresses to online money making sites you are working at. But giving your paypal password is definitely a big no. PAsswords aould never be given away to anyone.

I think its ok as these are easy to remember. just add some numeric or special symbol with that. As these days we would hacve lot many usernames, password we are using. websites, banks etc. So sometimes hard to remember. So its OK to use you name with some numeric characters.

Hello mylotter ! giving your e-mail id, paypal id is common and safe, but don't ever give them the password of any of your accounts. If any site asks for your paypal password, it sure is fraudulent and please stay away from those. Wish you a safe online experience. Regards, Ash

If you are registering for a new account they will usually ask you to enter a password to use for that account. They do not mean the same password that you use for your email account. If they are asking you to log into your email account from their site I wouldn't do it unless you know for sure that the site is something legit and well known. Some paying sites will require that you already be signed into paypal to receive money from them but they should not be asking for the password.

Hi Ben3rdChaster, For me, it is not safe to entrust your username and password though they were referred by your friends. Username and passwords are created for the purpose of privacy and security. And this account is created for your eyes only. Hope you find my response acceptable.

I was asked also by some sites that I try to sign-up but I refused to give my username and password. Anyway, there are many other sites that does not require you to give your username and password. For me, it's better to be extra careful and safer now than have some troubles later.

Giving username and email id is ok but Password should not be shared on any site or to anyone. They might be asking userid and email id to verify the membership but Password is not required at all. Please do not share paypal account details at all. that is too risky.

I think that would be ok. Its only to verify something to make sure its yours or to validate something.

I think giving out your username, email address and your paypal account is ok, cos your username name it says of who you are in this net world without really revealling your true identity.Second your email address of course you need to give this coz this is one way to confirm that you really are the owner of that email and its nota bogus and laslty but not the least is your paypal account coz this is how they will pay you especailly through paypal. As long as you will not give your password just chill out nd relax.

All sites which are genuine will require your paypal account in order to transfer money to your account. So i think its perfectly okay to disclose your account name. But password is something that only owner of the account should be familiar with,no other person is supposed to know that.Giving your password is completely absurd. It doesn't makes any sense because no site has nothing to do with your password. So certainly, any site, which is asking for your password is a total fraud and you should not disclose that information to that site. Moreover its useless to waste time on a site that asks you for your passwords as its crystal clear that these kind of sites aren't going to pay us anything.
