coffee lowered the risk of cancer and sharpens our memory as well. regular coffee drinkers have a 39 percent decreased risk of head and neck cancer and those who drank an estimated four or more cups a day had significantly fewer cancers of the mouth and throat than non coffee drinkers. coffee contains more than a thousand chemicals, some of which have antioxidant and antimutagenic activities. drinking coffee can help to prevent the neural degeneration associated with brain disorders and aging. scientists found that drinking up to four cups of coffee a day over a long period of time actually prevented the deterioration of memory. other research has shown that coffee is good for the cardiovascular system and coffee lowers the risk of stroke. people who drink coffee reduce their risk of developing liver cancer.... and many more things to read about coffee. i love drinking coffee though my wife introduced me to drinking tea as well, but i like coffee more than tea. the link is for you to read more about coffee. http://news.yahoo.com/s/livescience/coffeesmysteriousbenefitsmount

Does it help with spelling??? LOL Just kidding, but you did misspell benefits in your subject line. I have heard that drinking coffee does have multiple health benefits, but to be honest with you, I have not really researched this topic myself. I just drink it because I like it...

its okay. we are human and we really do something wrong one way or another. mylot embraces these flaws and they dont care if you spell it right or you explained it right as long as it is readable then its okay. sometimes it is really funny to see words misspelled or grammatically wrong. there is always something funny here to laugh about.

It is nice to see that people are discovering that drinking coffee is good for your health. For a long time it was vilified, mostly because of the ethic that anything that gives pleasure must be bad for you. For a good discussion of coffee's beneficial properties check out http://thecoffeeshop.devhub.com/health

I heard something about the benefits of coffee in the radio yesterday; they mentioned the reduction of mouth cancer in coffee drinkers. I took notice of the report because I adore coffee and drink what I thought was too much! I am very relieved to hear that it actually has health benefits because until now I was under the impression that it was like poison to the body! Thank you for confirming that I can go on enjoying my coffee without guilt. I am like you; I enjoy tea as well but not as much as caffeine!

My day is incomplete without a cup of coffee. I love drinking coffee but the most was 2 cups only, because I felt acidic when it's more than 2 cups. Maybe my stomach is thin, lol. I already heard the benefits of drinking coffee, but others also says it's bad. Anyway No matter what they say, I still take my coffee everyday besides up to 2 cups only.

Its probably better to drink it plain though I'm sure because its been said that sugar leads to wrinkles. If you're a smoker that pretty much out rules the anti aging thing. I know someone that is a coffee addict and has been smoking for years and they have aged horribly.

I don't drink coffee as it makes my stomach go wild. It has so positive sides, but if you take it in general, coffee does more harm than good.

This is good news for me because I have an irregular heartbeat and elder people keeps on telling me never to drink coffee as it is dangerous to my heart. So I usually consumes just 3 cups of coffee in a week and the mix is so thin. I really love coffee so I can now try to have at least once a day.

Wow. 4 cups? I can't handle 4 cups! Coffee makes me acidic but this doesn't stop me from loving it anyway :) It kinda makes sense about the memory enhancement. I retain more information when I'm on caffeine. However, I love my tea more than my coffee. I only drink coffee twice a week and I drink tea almost everyday. While I don't take my tea with anything, I can only put sugar (and sometimes cinnamon) in my coffee. I don't put creamer...I read that it's packed with cholesterol and other bad things. Condensed milk is one alternative creamer I use.
