i will certainly believe that the astrologer are making fool to people .as the people have some emotional problem these astrologer make use of it and they will give some tips which will seems true for the people as they are emotionally weakened .so what happens in our life is we are creating it and what happens in our life is can't judged by other people.

no comment, on the making fool part. BUT, I admire the eloquence and skill of all these fortune tellers. and astrologers. World wide. Be it a street hawker, or a big online buff.. they all have the trick of talking and talking and talking.
and, one cannot refuse to show his palm, or share his birthdate, and secret name, if any....
it is not just the emotionally weak that flock to the astrologers.. in general. though the majority that go, are those who fear ..
but, I know of very famous and the successful also going to a regular GURU of this sort.
i have studied this subject as a SCIENCE, then learnt this as an ART, and I use all the skills acquired in my counseling and clinic.

Indeed apporva I agree with you that astrologers are making fool of people and what's more annoying is that they are trying to prove that their knowledge is science and has scientific basis.Astrologers generally adopt the statistical theory of sampling where they try to treat people as groups possessing specific problems and tries out hopeless methods to rectify those.Human beings generally take the help of Astrologers when they are mentally down and the astrologers exploit this sotuation to their advantage.I think this is a kind of mental illness that many individuals possess.

i am sorry to differ with your opinion about science and astrologers. YOU may find a few doing this trick. but, IF you want to know more about the truth in a particular form of FUTURE TELLING, please find and search for a good teacher in that subject. then, you will understand the strengths, and of course weaknesses of the subject.
and, these so called fortune tellers, and astrologers, are trying to make a living using the technique. so, can't blame them for the weaknesses of the public who go to them.
without even a pen or a paper, .. without the facilities of any modern gadgets.. an oldman, poor and shivering, and inside his earthen hut, will do some calculations on his fingers.. and in a very short time, able to tell us EXACTLY to the second, the time of PLANETARY CHANGES and ECLIPSES.. i am talking about the INDIAN system of astrology. ... it is a science, not like the modern gadgets....

I strongly endorse your view. The standard be-fooling tricks are -
1. Ohh, you do good to others but the others don't do any good to you.
2. You are working very hard, but are not getting commensurabale results.
3. You easily trust others and the others take undue advantage of your trust.
With these forecasts, everyone agrees with the astrologer and appreciates that he knew the truth.
