i can listen to a wide range from classical to hard core. it depends upon my mode. i just really dont like hip-hop. id rather listen to ethnic/cultural music rather than doing rap - hiphop. but, most of the time i will play adult, punk, grunge alternative rock.

LOL...I don't consider rap "music". In my book it has to have a melody in order to be music. Rap is more like poetry recital with attitude so it sounds to me like fingernails on a chalkboard most of the time, although I did see one gal do a "rap" that I thoroughly enjoyed...only because I liked the subject matter.

many raps nowadays only focus on racism. its a trash for me. but you can still find a good portion of them with nice intention/subject, maybe 8 out of 100. haha

I enjoy listening to alternative pop and of course popular music. Nowadays I love listening to Paramore and Justin bieber. Their music is very catchy and easy to sing along with. I consider listening to music as a therapeautic experience for me. I enjoy listening to music when I am doing nothing at home or working out on an article. Music rejuvenates me.

I listen to anything. As long as it has a good beat and vibe. I like to listen to underground music as well. There is something about the unheard music of a band that really makes life worth wild and not so...everyone is listening to.

Well for me it totally depends on my mood. If I am in a joyous mood I listen to rock kinda music, when i m low I prefer listening to slow numbers and sad ones. Still romantic and soft music is my all time favourite.

It is easier to list the stuff I don't listen to than to list what I do. I have music that is my "bread and butter" or "meat and potatoes" that I can listen to every day and never tire of it. Enya is included in this...as well as any other music that can be "background". The music that I have to sing along with or listen intently to I consider my "side dish" music. The stuff I dance to, the upbeat bop stuff, is my "dessert" music. As long as it speaks to my soul, my taste can cross from baroque and classical to rock and pop. Most genres will have at least one song I like...with the possible exception of klezmer(sp) music. We had some klezmer musicians come to our folk festival one year and that high pitched nasal stuff just makes me cringe. But then, I also didn't enjoy Borodin...it was so much jackhammers to my ears, which is why I don't like much of the hard rock/heavy metal stuff, too. Oh, well...to each his own, eh?
