Can't enjoy my backyard

My neighbors are extremely rude. They're now in the habit of feeding stray cats. So, now, stray cats flock to my porch and backyard looking for food.
It's annoying, but I'm more distressed because stray animals can carry dieases and fleas/ticks. I also have three dogs that I don't want getting what they have. Now, I come to find the neighbor's dogs have fleas.
From the way they talk, it's apparent their dogs have had fleas for at least two days. Um, when were they planning to tell me?! This is only from me over hearing them, they never out right told me. Now, I'm just going to take turns walking the dogs around the block. Now, I can't even enjoy my back yard until they spray flea spray. Does anyone else have rude neighbors?

Hi. smartie0317. Yes. I have a neighbor that is acting really strange. I don't speak no talk to him at all. I did it once but he acted like he did not want to speak to me. He bangs on his ceiling when he hears any kind of noise that is coming from my apartment. He is very rude!
I will be so glad when my family moves out of this apartment, which is going to be really soon! As for your neighbors they should keep an eye on their stray cats. Letting them wander off into your backyard is not right at all. Can you put up a No Trespassing sign or perhaps you could get a fence put up. No one does not like stray animals running throughout their yard all of the time. They should at least get these cat tested for rabies and fleas if they are going to tend to them. Making you suffer is just plain old cruel!
