Does the professional Dancers use tampons or sanitary napkin?

I guess I am beginning to be paranoid about sanitary napkins and how to conquer my monthly period nightmare. I have always wondering what does the professional dancers use when they have monthly period? Do they use tampons, sanitary napkin or this moon cups and keepers? Can't imagine them dancing like there's no tomorrow while they are having their monthly period. Any dancer here or any idea?
