Good exercises for toning the tummy area?

Yes there are some standing exercises that are vry good for the tummy area. Knee lifts are very good and also work the legs also touching your opposite elbow to your opposit knee is very good as well. Also boxing moves are vere effective for the midsecion, they are really good for the obliques and the upper abdominals. There is a workout that I do with a DVD called Turbo Jam, you can see a sample of it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88MdH1xK8So Just do the exercises they show in this little clip and you will get a good midsection work out as well as a good lower body workout.
