It would depend on the actual need of the person. If you are the breadwinner of the family, you should look for a job immediately otherwise you can just proceed for a higher studies.

its depend on you situation, if you can do the higher study then do it because it very important for your life. You can do job after study and you will get a good job after study, and if you have some money problem doing higher study then the idea of doing job is best but as get the enough money for higher study just go for it.............

Point of my view we should continue our study because we can do job after study but if we have some problem that we can't continue our study then we can find job to survive.Best is to go for further study after your graduation you will get much better job and you can earn more.....,

It depends up on the person, because If you are good in study go for your higher education. If you have some problem regarding money then you can do your job but if you don't have any problem better you can go for your higher study because if you have high qualification then you will get good job and enjoy your life later...

Actually it depends on the situation at the moment. Some students come from a poor family and they have to work immediately after graduation to help support the family. However, rich students do not have the obligation to support others in the family and they tend to be able to do what they want in life. So basically if they prefer to work it is for the benefit of all, as well as if they want to further their studies. As for me, I like working straight away after graduation because it gives me a lot of opportunities since I am a fresh graduate and a lot of companies like to try fresh graduates. This is especially true because they can give lower pay but to me this is an opportunity and the chance to get higher pay is there.

I started working after I graduated high school...and I wish I hadn't. If I could change one thing about my life, I would have started college right after high school. Sometimes I don't think I ever really had a choice. After graduation I don't remember my parents ever bringing college up to me, and I didn't think about it a lot. But I do remember my dad bringing up working, he kind of pushed me to get a job. This was opposite for my little sister...after she graduated she started college, never had a real job to date (she's 20)...lucky her.

I feel it all depends on what you want to do. I graduated from college last year and have been asked to pursue higher education. But I was looking for a job opening in the armed forces which usually takes an year after the exam and stuff. In the mean time I have joined a job of working as a faculty in a college. Now coming back to the decision. The thing is, if we have a work experience, then the chances of getting a better job are high. But if you have a higher education then chances of getting a better job are higher. You can always add another degree to your resume which will help you get a better job anytime you want. After I finish with the present job in an year or so, I would be pursuing a Masters course where my present job experience will be considered a plus compared to other applicants. bourne

With the bad economy I would definately do college. At least with college you can work towards getting a higher degree then if and when the economy picks up you will have a better chance of getting a job. I just graduated college last year and have not been able to find a job so I am now looking into graduate school. I wish you the best of luck.

I tried pursuing further studies after graduation. I think its possible to work and pursue further studies at the same time. There are already night schools wherein you can pursue further studies while working.

i am a good student and have actively participated in many extra curricular activities before. but then there came a time that i need to find a job to support my studies. i did found one and lasted a bit long there. i quit because it is not easy if you have full time schedules on both of them. i mean work and school. i just did not get the best of both worlds then. but i was surprised because when i was studying i was dreaming about the day that i would work. but when i worked when i was studying i realized that i prefer studying because your only responsibility is learning. it is not because i am afraid of responsibility, it was because i realized that i love studying better. maybe after school i would try to find a work that would make me feel like i am just studying instead of working. i think that is the only way for me to solve my dilemma.
