I want to loose weight....Help me !!!!!!

Hello everyone , I am 18 yrs old guy from india . at this age my weight is 72kgs ,which i think is somewhat overweight. and i am in search of good methods to reduca my weight. I know i will get many informations on this on the net but in my opinion , reponses from all around the world will help me more , because different kinds of people will give different methods, which i think would be beneficial to me .... Thanx in advance !!!!

The easiest way to loose weight by doing regular exercise, and eat diet food. Don't take any shortcut method such as eating diet pills. Diet pills may indeed induce rapid weight loss, these method can cause you to lose muscle and may also injure your heart and others organs fairly quickly. ^^

Do not fall for snacks in between meals. This is especially true for those who have to travel a lot. They feel that the only time they can get a bite to eat is snacks and junk food. The main problem with most snacks and junk food is that they are usually less filling and contain a lot of fat and calories. Just think about French fries tempting but terribly fattening.

Hello majumdar Watch Ramdeb baba in astha channel in the morning and do the yogic breathing exercises as he says, it will reset your weight to right..avoid rice, sugar, potato etc.. i am sure it will help.. Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Professor

Dont eat anything after 18.oo and u will definitely lose weight. I tried and it really works. I lost 3 kilos in a week.

Exercise everyday and avoid eating much foods that are rich in carbohydrates. Give yourself time to work and sweat everyday. Reduce the amount you eat.

I have asthma, so exercising is out of the question. I lost most of my weight by counting calories and going meatless. Since you're from India, I'm assuming you don't eat any kind of meat? If yes, that's a good start, since you won't be having a hard time figuring out what to cook or what to eat.

The diet and the exercise is so important to lose the weight. Keep on a healthy diet, namely more vegetables and less meats. Besides, you have to spend some time to do exercise everyday. I think this is the best weight to lose weight. Good luck! I love China

Well for me, I just cut down on portion sizes, and stopped snacking so much. Drink water a lot as it will fill you up, so you dont feel so hungry, and my top tip is to not eat after 6pm, because your body cannot digest food that well. I still eat a lot of things that I love and that are bad for me, but in smaller amounts. For me it has worked, I have lost 2 dress sizes, and really pleased, also that is without exercising. If you note how many calories you are supposed to have in a day, just remember not to eat over that amount, which is easy to do with the calories that some foods and drinks contain. If you eat after 6pm then your body cannot digest the food and it ends up getting stored. I normally eat just after 4pm, the lastest is 5pm, then if I get hungry in the evening I will have fruit or a small bowl of cereals. You do not need to do an extravagant diet, just cut down on things and portion sizes is important, you do not need to fill the whole plate with food. Hope this helps... Good Luck!
