i dont think that arroyo government is corrupt... for me her administration was one of a kind most to least Estrada Marcos Aquino

Yeah her administration was one of a kind...The kind that steals people's money even when there is investigation going on. Ever heard of Joc Joc Bolante and the fertilizer scam? How about ZTE NBN scam? The Hello Garci scandal? I guess as justice slowly unravels under PNoy's administration, your belief may yet change from misguided to enlightened.

1. Arroyo - clear proofs, she even said sorry to the whole nation. That is a clear proof that she really used her power to corrupt. 2. Estrada - no proofs, just went gambling with his own money, not the countries money, wake up Philippines 3. Marcos - all lawsuits are being turned down, who really made the Philippine's economy go up? Who established the Philippines as a air combat superior ever in Asia?
