reunion revised

so i revised the reunion. instead of making people pay 38.50 i decided to have them just order from the menu of the place. seems it might be less cheaper and thus they can make it as cheap or expensive as they want.
I will bring a cake from the store for the event. free of charge. should i do anything else or bring anything else. its a reunion for class of 95 and classes from 90-99 classes.
I feel like i should be doing more since its a reunion but not sure what?
its a get together at a bar/restaurant. any ideas.

How about making the first drink free? Any door prizes? What kind of music are you going to have? Why were you charging the $38.50? What that for catering? Do you know any of the people that might be coming? You could put something cool under one of the person's seat. If they set there they get some prize or something. About all I can think of.

yeah it worked out i didnt charge we did food from the menu which was better. and great music had a dj come and yes 1st drink was free.. thanks for the post...
