Eggs for breakfast?

I love eggs. Chicken, duck, quail, turkey, geese, and more. I have tasted most of them all even balut. Balut is a fear factor food challenge item but in many Asian countries actually eat it as a delicacy. Isn't that something. I like it myself but foreigners usually don't. It's an acquired taste. If you wanna try it go to your Asian store, see if you can. If you don't know what it is, google it. Now, my question is what is your favorite egg dish if you do eat eggs for breakfast? By the way I don't actually eat balut for breakfast because its not a breakfast food for me.

I love scrambled eggs for breakfast, My mother taught me how to cook the perfect scrambled eggs, not very dry and not too soft. just right. My children loves it too. But we don't eat eggs everyday. I know too much eggs are not good for your health.

I don't really eat eggs for breakfast anymore, or any other time of the day for that matter. However, when I was little I liked them best scrambled or hard boiled. And they were just chicken eggs. I've never tried the rest. Happy mylotting!

I love eggs but I don´r have a knowledge of eggs like you have. I n my country we eat chicken efs and for special partyes we may have some bird´s eggs. These we have hard boiled with a dip. As forchicken eggs, there are lots of waysto prepare them. I usually don´t have eggs forbreakfast, unless i´m onvacations an go to a restaurant. At home I just have a cup of coffee and maybe a piece of bread with butter and cheese or ham.

I don't eat eggs for breakfast too often but when I do I like to have chicken eggs cooked sunny side up with the yolks only a little runny.

I'm a non-vegetarian and part vegetarian. And eggs is one of my favorite day starters. I love Half fried egg and boiled egg anytime during the day. Also sometimes I gulp in an egg raw!
