There are many sites for writers or aspiring writers these days. However, it takes time to be a good writer. WHat advices could give to them?

Writers should not be afraid of writing but instead choose to put words together in such a way that explains something to a wide variety of people. Young writers must remember that effective communication occurs when both the reader and the writer are engaged and understand the purpose of an audience and why the writer is writing in the manner he does. The writer must be aware of the reader and be conscientious of delivering a message with a point of emphasis. If a writer is a creative writer (ie. poetry or fiction) then the previously stated elements do not change, but the author should be cognizant of character, plot, etc. if writing fiction and if the author is writing a piece of poetry, be aware of mood, imagery and language.

When ever, I have the chance to meet experienced writers I would ask this question, "How to be a good writer". Even though I am a writer myself but I'm still new in this writing field and I'm still learning to be a good writer. Most of them gave this answer, "Keep writing and keep writing. The more you write, the better you'll be." Well I guess that advice should be true. So, I am using this Mylot platform to practise writing as the more you write the better you'll be. Happy mylotting!

Just start writing. Jump in with both feet. Take any criticism and learn from it. Practice writing.

Take pride in your work. Don't write for the hell of putting words on paper.
