What is your staple food?

I am Asian and I grew up eating rice. I guess that is my staple food. I believe most Asian countries eat rice, and many parts of the world. Rice is everywhere US, South America, and Europe. I'm not sure about Australia though. So, other than rice what else is a staple food? I know potatoes, corn, bread are the staple food for many people too.

My family goes through bread, milk, cheese and cottage cheese like none other I have to stock up on that stuff every time I go shopping,lol.
