Many people plan their next day before sleeping. My sister is one of them, she plans her next day everyday and completes all her goals.By seeing her i also tried to do the same but i couln't complete my each task which i planned. But she is very at it,it has become a habit for her and she is very disciplined also. So do you also plan your next day or perform any similar ritual?

Yep, every evening I write a plan of action for the next day. But what I do is to split it up into sections so say I have a top section of things which have to be done, then the next section of less important ones and then a final section of non essentials. By doing that I make sure that I get done all the crucial stuff rather than getting bogged down with less important stuff. Something else I do is that with those non essential tasks is to put in a couple of quick ones so that if I am getting bogged down with some heavy time consuming tasks I can so something else quickly to split it up.

No i don't plan my days, but i know that if i make it, i'll more successful in all i have to do. I got list with bills every month i when i pay everything i cross out it. That motivates me to make money for something else i have to pay soon. I feel better when i make out half of my list for the month. It's good when u know what to do. My days are not so busy, i work from home, on my laptop and i don't have time limits, so i'm trying to change my regime now. But i know it's better for a person, who will do something, so imagine the last point.

No, I don't usually plan my next day every night. I might make a list of things that I need to do the following day, but it ends pretty much there. I don't tend to plan every minute or every hour of my following day. A lot of unexpected things seem to pop up and kind of change things for me. So that's why I don't plan my following day. I will just make a to-do list.

I agree with you that some uncertain things do pop up in our day to day lives but we should atleast plan for those things which are under our control.By this way we could give a new dimention to our life.

Its great that you do it that way and if it works for you then its even better.I think that one should do planning according to the current situation of his or her life and try to enjoy it to the fullest.

I love spontaneity. I'm a very flexible person and I get too tense if I have a plan in mind to follow the whole day. Even when I travel,no matter how far or how long the trip would be, I pack my things at the last minute.

its good to be a spontaneous.I am also spontaneous in some aspects of my life. There is no harm in being like that.If you enjoy life in being like that then there is no harm in being that way.

I do to a certain extent - It makes things much easier to plan things before hand so that you are able to do all that you need to do.I tend to forget if I don't plan in my mind and also make a list of all that needs to be done..I do admire people like your sister who are disciplined and stick to their plans , in my case I am not able to do so all the time..

It depends from individual to individual. If you are happy like that only then there is no harm in that. The main purpose of life is that, we should enjoy it to the fullest. How we achieve it doesn't matters at all.

it will be too tired for me to plan every single matter on the next day. I simply am unorganized type of person. I don't really plan on everything on the next day. The only thing I plan on to do for tomorrow is to pay bills or to do my errand for my mom. Maybe I should follow your sister path to see if that work out for me?

Hi prasussam...No, I don't plan my days. There is no need...everyday is exactly the same...get up, do my computer work, watch TV, do computer work, watch TV, go to bed. Except Thurdsay, that is grocery shopping day, so that gets put in between computer and watching TV in the morning. Boring, isn't it?

Well we can make our each day exiting by doing some new tasks everyday by that way we also feel fresh to do new things and we also don't get bored.I feel that life is what we make out of it,so we should wake up exited everyday and try new things.

Well ya it depends and varies from person to person and there is no harm in being like that.I am also like you.I feel that as long as we are happy and are able to all our tasks then there is no question of how we achieve it.

Sometimes i will plan for next day the day before. It will help me to reach the most important points on my day map. Priorities do not allow me to go to the less important points till i reach the most important points. Often we spend time on things we like to do, but not those we need to do. As a result, we do not achieve our goals. The list of priorities helps me to organize the time the way to reach my most important goals firstly^^

I do now, yes. I have this memo notebook that I carry around with me. Well, not really every night but almost. It's part of growing up. Someday soon you'll be at it in no time as well.

Hi, Yes...I do have a planning for my life and of course for my next day activities. Since I am a fulltime housewife,my duty is pretty routine. To do house chores, cooking and taking care of my family. What I always plan ahead is my cooking menu. What to cook for the next day? Or if I have to go somewhere else on the next day, I will plan on my schedule to make it goes smoothly. I belive time is Money and with proper planning, it helps to save our time.

I also do this but not always. I agree with you. One accomplishes more tasks when you map out your day-to-day activities. Nothing is missed out and you feel less stress. Simply have a list of your "to do" things and accomplish each according to how urgent each task is. Mark out the task that you accomplish and you will notice that these tasks, no matter how many, are done before the end of the day.

I normally reflect on the day and talk my plans for the next day before I sleep. If I'm focused enough plans which are down-to-earth and measureable would usually be successful enough.

sometimes I will plan my next day especially for my work, self descipline is good for people to reach their objective, but if it is too much, maybe life woudn't be so interesting. so my opinion is you should balance it.

haha. i barely do it. if it's for school work, yeah, i'd probably do something like make plans and think before i move. but i'm really not the organizer/planner kind of person. i remember how some of my planners ended up blank the whole year. they were gift-given anyways. :))))
