My figure is becoming misshaped

My lower part of the belly is expanding. When I ware shirt and trouser my lower portion of the belly puffed up. I feel very uneasy. I have started exercise. But the shape of my belly remained same. Should I control my diet. My height is 5ft.10 inches and weight 73kg. I think this is alright. I rarely eat red meat Will you please give me suggestion what can I do to make my figure in well shaped.

Hi bhanu, I think it is just that you have put on weight and all of it is going to your belly, so do some exercise , which would help you reduce belly fat.i think touching ones toes is very good and also jogging ...If you dont control it, it gets out of hand and spoils your figure - all the best and have a great week ahead..

Hi kiran,thanks for your instruction. To touch the toes is a good exercise. It helps to remove fats from the belly. I really hate the persons with big belly. They are like jokers of circus party.

LOL thats true to some extent , but it does happen with many people when they have a sedentary job and not much exercise during the day.I guess one has to take special care to see that does not happen and become chronic - all the best bhanu , have a nice day

It is very important to keep your belly muscles strong, these support your back and the softer they become the more pain you will get in your back. Work harder and limit you simple carbs, like white rice.

Hi pat, I eat white rice daily in my lunch and dinner. This is our main food stuff. Now at least one time I shall avoid white rice. Thanks.

Well I think you have to consult your doctor about it.. as far as i know it is in your body type.....
