want to block unsolicted emails. can you help?

i receive unsolicted emails from a woman how can i block these? i am disabled and live only on social security si can't pay much but would appreciate it if you could help me with this, please. if this info. is needed, have windows 98 and outlook express. any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

As the other respondent said, most e-mail programs can block unwanted e-mails pretty good. I get unwanted e-mails all the time and all I do is block the sender. Then, I don't get them anymore. Eventually, the e-mail will bounce back to her and she will realize that you won't be reading her mail anyway and give up.
