Tell me about the diets that help you. I don't really believe in diets, I jog and use exercises instead. Diets never really helped me and I stopped using them. I tried to drink only water or kefir (type of sour milk) one day a week. But that was not very helpful, I think, I only gained. My friend tried 5 apples a day 1 or2 days a week and she lost some weight, she suffered a lot and I pitied her.

Diets don't work. You may lose some weight on a diet but when you get off the diet you will gain back the weight because you will go back to your old eating habits. Exercise is a good way to keep you weight in check because if you use more calories than you eat then you will lose weight. I have use the Weight Watchers method to help me lose weight, it called a diet but what they help you do is learn how to restrict your calorie intact, how to eat better and it is a system you can do for the rest of your life. It is a life style change not a diet and that is why it works. With its group meetings it also helps address the emotional issues that many people who are over weight have. Good luck with your weight loss.

My question was about the particular diets, so to say, recipes. And I myself don't believe in diets but I know that some people do believe in them and use them from time to time. So I was just wanted to know if they found any affective diets for themselves. As I already said, I use exercises and jogging. I also don't try to lose weight as there's almost nothing left to lose. I keep my weight. My question was theoretical and I just wanted to know some interesting recipes of the diets.

Just want to clarify that the Hibernation Diet is not a crash diet that last for a few weeks or months, it's a daily practice done consistently and persistently. I see it as a way of living to promote healthy liver and general body immunity. Losing weight comes as a side effect in the long run. I won't recommend it for people who are looking for some quick weight loss solution. Ref: http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/hibernation-diet.html http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/honey.html

Not sure if you have heard of the revolutionary Hibernation Diet that advocates taking 1 to 2 spoonful of pure honey before sleep. Honey is deemed as the most ideal fuel for body fat burning during recovvery mode (sleep). It starts to make sense only when you understand the scientific theory behind weight loss and sleep. Its really true that only diet doesn't work.you have to exercise along with diet but there are some fat burning foods or you can say weight reducing foods, that are absolutely effective and helpful. One should not go on crash diet as it just reduces weight for short period and will return as soon as you come back on your normal diet, as a matter of fact you will be double size. visit below mentioned link for details http://www.byetofats.com/2010/08/fat-burning-foods/
