I have registered for readbud two months ago because I read somewhere that it is a good paying site. I was excited during the first two weeks because I was given at least 20 articles a day to rate, sometimes ten but it does not go down 10 When I reached my $25, the articles offered dwindled away and it became less and less. Now that I have already $32 in my account. There are times when I got nothing for a day.
Read bud pays when you reach an accumulated amount of $50. Has anyone in mylot tried readbud and got paid? How long did it take you to get the $50? I thought of stopping the article rating but I am still hoping that things would work out.

It happened to me too. I got a lot of articles at first, but now I'm in 42 dollars and I don't get more than 2 or 3 articles a day, so it might take forever to reach the payout, and I still don't know if they really pay.

That is EXACTLY what has happened to me. When I first started I was given tonnes of articles and was making around 1-2 dollars a day, then when I got over the half way mark I was only making around 50 cents a day, then past 30 dollars, and more like 20 cents a day. Now I rarely get a day where I can get anywhere past 20 cents.
And even worse, and I would like to know if this is also happening to you. I do get quite a bit of articles, but when I rate them the site does not give me my credit. Sometimes this happens with up to 10 in a row, sometimes it's every other one, etc. I think the site is a bit crooked and is trying to get people to quit so that they do not reach the payout. But, I am still going to try my hardest to get the payout, and then I will be done with it for good. Just 14.5 dollars more to go, i better get some of those 1 dollar a day earnings again or I am going to be very made XO

Yes, I experienced the same thing. If I rate 4 articles. I get only 2 articles rated. it is always like that. I guess it's time to stop now. I might be wasting my time with the site. Thanks for sharing your experience.

There is no one of readbud has been paid. Perhaps these discussion would convince you that readbud is really scam:

Don't waste your time there. It's better if you spent your time in mylot. Make post as many as you can even though if it's just worth 2 cents each it's better than got $50 but only in our dream.

stop wasting your time with Readbud.com. you won't get any for the time and effort you waste there. there are other discussions here proving that this site is a total scammer. check it with MyLot's search button..other fora with the same discussion topic would tell you the same thing.

I am almost to 50.00 and my article rates have decreased by a lot. If I get three articles I am very lucky. I am starting to think that it is a scam, but I will see what happens when I hit the 50.00 mark. I will not send a referral until after I am paid. I have tried changing my preferences and that has not worked for me. I still get the same amount.

I'm so glad I can across this discussion!
I'm also w/ readbud. I just signed up maybe last week or 2 ago.
I'm now at $4 almost $5. And I've been getting maybe 11-12 articles a day.
From reading all the post on this discussion. I might a well give up huh?
I really thought this was a legit site. And i was looking forward to cashing out at $50.
But
anyway thanks for starting this discussion. You save me what I like to call my time. lol

With so many answers from comylotters saying the same thing, I think readbud maybe a scam but I like the articles there and perhaps I will just stick to it for a while and read the articles.

i tried to register there for the past couple of days, but is unable to because i keep getting a message saying that i have entered the wrong security code. i tried sending them a message letting them know the problem i am having with registering and i still get the same message saying i have entered the wrong security code. i can't say if this say is legit or not because i can't seem to get signed up to test them out.

The others have said it all. Don't waste your time in a scam site. Look for other sites to earn. Good luck.

I think the best thing for you to do is stop right now before you go further and its harder to quit because you are watching the money that is in your account grow.

I still continue reading and rating in readbud although I have read a lot of complaints already about readbud, and saying that it is a scam. Since I am already in more than $43, I might as well continue until I reach $50. Although I am also experiencing the same as others like getting less than four or three articles per day, which makes it more difficult to reach the minimum payout of $50. I just hope that they will pay me when I reached it.

I registered with readbud too. At first i was too excited. but whenI reached 20 dollars and have read in discussions that they pay. I stopped. Why would we waste our time rating those articles, If you would nt have money

The decision is yours. I actually thought of stopping but made up my mind. I could get a lot of ideas from the articles since I am an online writer and a blogger. thanks for sharing.

Its a total scam! I have many friends who complained about it.So I won't register and I don't think you should too!
