govt officer and employee ,ministers ,leaders must not get salary

In my openion all govt weather central or state must not be given salary as they collect money by corruption ,even if they do not get salary ,they will work ,they should be charged with office expenses ,place for sitting in office and other usage should be on rent basis ,as govt cannot stop corruption ,at least ,their salary should be saved.90% of officers ,ministers are corrupt.
