Hello anjal. I love beans. They are an inexpensive and good source of protein and they are very healthy. A person could live on a diet of beans because they are a very complete food. I like to add some spices or herbs to my beans. Some times I will also add some kale or lettuce. Some of my friends will add carrots and potatoes to their beans. Beans make a good sandwich spread too. Mash them with some butter and spread them while warm on whole wheat bread. I usually cook mine in the slowcooker but sometimes I end up cooking ithem too long.

Boiling food is health. I tried boiling my food once only to return to my old ways of cooking. I think boiling food is good for dieters. The body fats will disappear fast.

hi anjalisharma, after long time i am seeing in mylot, how is your education, are you busy with your studies, carry on ,boiled beans also very good for health, but you reduce the salt quantity and then eat it,if you are able to take without salt,it is too better to health, frozen beans, green peas and sweetcorn also very very good for health, try them, have a nice day

I think you'd be fine eating them but watch the amount of salt you put in them. Too much salt is not good for you. But if you are already boiling them why not toss in whatever veggies you have on hand and make a nice soup?

Hi anjalisharma..While probably very healthy, it sounds a little drab and boring to me. What kind of beans are you referring to. Would you like some recipes on beans? If so, let me know and add as friend and I will pm you some things you can do with beans to not only be healthy, but delicious too.
