Yes you can bake any thing in a toaster oven that will fit. You can use any cookie recipe that you like. You just have to watch the oven closer than a regular oven. You need to set the temperature about 25 degrees lower than the recipe calls for and line the little tray with tinfoil. Be sure to keep a close eye on them because they don't need to bakes as long. You can get about 6 cookies at a time

This is not a stupid question. I have not done it personally, but I have had friends that did. It is a toaster oven, so use it like a really small oven.

An amazing "cookie" you can make in small batches is called "the impossible peanut butter cookie". Use one cup peanut butter, one cup sugar, one egg, one tsp. vanilla. blend together, roll balls about the size of walnuts, flatten with a sugared glass or fork.Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, just until slightly brown around the edges.

I have made cookies in a toaster oven before, but they are usually not as good as those cooked in a regular oven. I think they have a tendency to turn out unevenly, so they are not as good as they possibly could be.

Most likely, but you will have to cook probably 1-2 at a time only.

Yes you can. But the question is, 'would you'? Considering oven toasters are so small Recipes will be the same as cookies than you bake on conventional ovens.
