My 1st ambition when I was young is to be a professional basketball player here in the philippines, to be a PBA player. Basketball is ny 1st sport and my 1st love. It helps me forget about my problems and I really enjoyed playing the game of basketball. But now I am 19 I feel really hopeless because I'm short, I'm only 5'6 and no school wants me to play for them. If I'll be 6ft tall I am sure that I can be a professional basketball player and I can be a star and I can can be an inspiration to many kids who loves playing basketball but that's really impossible right now. And now I'm just hoping to finish with my studies for me to have a job and for me to have a good and normal life.

I wanted to become a Flight Stewardess! At that young age, I thought it would be really cool to be working high up in the air. But as I grew up a little more, my dreams soon crash landed. The very first thing that will prevent me from being one was my height. And I believed at that time, a perfect 20/20 vision was also required. Well, that's two disqualifications on my part. And as I matured through the years, I totally abandoned the idea. Because I discovered that I was afraid of heights!

When I was in high school, I had an ambition to be a sport/soccer journalist. I can`t play soccer, I am a woman but I like watching sports like swimming, athletic, gymnastics on Olympic Games and I like soccer ( even though I rarely watch EPL or La Liga recently). I started writing on my diary about the history of World Cup, and it was when I was 16-17 yrs old!! unfortunately, I lost that diary, and I never applied as sport journalist..then, when I was in high school, I also wanted to be a teacher, and it came true. Now I am an English teacher and I have taught people from different backgrounds, from drivers, government employees, engineers, and now security guards. But after I won the second prize in writing contest on soccer ( in Indonesian`s website and the writing was in Indonesian) and I got a job as online contributor on soccer forum, I have motivation again, and I think besides teaching, my passion is writing. I am now trying to apply as reporter or freelance writer again. My ambition now?Find the right man and get married!!

I wanted to become a doctor. But my life took a different path and I was never a straight A student so I have sort of given up on that dream now :( I will probably become a nurse instead. Its just when I realised the requirements of being a doctor..the grades and the intensity of the studies...It wasnt for me..I could never do that.

To become a teacher was my first ambition when i was young. I had a favorite teacher in grade 1, she taught me how to write and read eventhough i did not make assignments. She loved me like her own daughter. i was here in Cebu during my 1st grade, away from my real mom. She used to be my mom and she brought me in her house, she taught me how to become a good person. that's why i really appreciate all the things she did to me. she's my idol and to be like her is my dream. Grade 2, i came back to Leyte, i cried during our parting time. and i did not see her again... so sad... like a bubble..my young dream vanished, but i'm still happy right now because i become a nurse.

I wanted to become a lawyer when I was a child. I was greatly influence by someone. But something change along the way. I became a paramedic instead and now I currently teach and train people in how to provider emergency care. Well, I am happy with my life and what I have been doing. No regrets. Well, I wish you the best in your life and may you be able to fulfill your dreams.

My very first ambition in life is to became a nurse. That's my first and last ambition but sad to say, i didn't get it because my family refuses to support me from taking it. I didn't know but i really like the work of a nurse, i am not afraid in the hospital unlike some of the persons i knew. I am a person who love to nurture and protect that's why im into liking that profession so much. My family didn't like me to pursue it because its hard to get into a job of a nurse before. Now, even though i didn't admit it, i really regret not to go for it. But life's just like that, no matter what... we must go with the flow. Have a blessed sunday!

If someone asking me of what I want to be when I was still a kid, I will loudly said that I want to become Superman! It's kind of funny to recall back those memories when I started to get my towel and make it as my mantel and jump from high place to my bed. And when my mom chase me for my naughtiness of being the Superman, I ran as fast as I could from her. Such a funny memories but fun to recall them back. I still have the scar on my back gotten from stunts attempt to copy what Superman did. Even that time when I got the wound I don't cry since I want to act like Superman, feeling no pain. LOL! By the way, it's kind of childish ambition, but that was my 1st ambition.

From the time I was young, all I ever wanted to be was a teacher. I used to play "school" with the neighborhood kids that were younger than me (so I could be the teacher LOL) - even in the summer time! When I graduated high school, many of my teachers convinced me not to pursue a teaching degree because, at that time, there was an abundance of teachers and in order to have a job, I would have had to go far from home or to a remote community, etc. Instead, I pursued a Business Admin degree with a major in Finance. Part of me still wishes to teach, even today :)

I wanted to be a writer when I was very small. And now I am. So that worked out well. :D The only difference is that i thought I'd write novels and instead I earn a living writing SEO articles and web content, which is definitely not so glamorous, but it does pay the bills!

when i was young i dreamed that i'm going to change many life, and when i die i'm going to have a legacy to leave behind, the kind of that you are famouse for. so because i get bord easily, and i liked to mix stuff and i was always cooking "some medicine" i decided that i'm going to be a resarcher. someone told me that first i have to became a doctor. i have to say that was when i was about 12-13 years old. eversince i'm following that path for now 15 years. i have to be honest i didn't became a researcher because i stoped one step earlier, but i'm content with who am i today. so for all of you who are young and not so young hold on to your dreams, dare to dream big ,even be crazy, because those people get to change the world and we know that their are planty of things that need to change.
