Not suitable for minors was the first thing i notice. It only grabbed me to watch further. It was actually news. And its the first i ever hear the news say that. So i watched to see what is really happening. It was a video. A man was on the ground being beated by a police with his baton. They say the man was a SUSPECT for a murder. Anyway the man was being beated severely until he could hardly move. He throw an object off the ground just to let the police back up a bit. It missed the police but the police got angry. The police took out his gun. I thought he was just trying to intimidate him or something. He point it at him. A suddenly a loud explosion echoed. Everyone witnessing this was in shock, people videoing the whole act. This was all done out in the open. THE MAN WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD. WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS ACT? PLEASE GIVE ALL VIEWS.

That is just shocking and I think it is another example of the police taking the law into their own hands. I know there are some good police out there but they seemed to be getting overtaken by the ones that seem to have a god complex and think they can do what they want. One of my friends was beaten by police when we were teenagers and I have never forgotten. All he did was stamp on a cockroach that was running around in their waiting room and they came and dragged him out the back and beat the crap out of him. Their excuse was he was being disruptive and they got away with it. I think it is disgusting that our taxes pay people like this.

Yeh he did. We tried to lay charges but they wouldn't even allow us to do that. They said we were making it up because out other friend had been arrested and they wonder why people don't really trust them that much.

that didn't surprise me --- there have been such incidents in my place as well.there were three guyz who killed an innocent girl who refused to love one of those guyz.the cops arrested them and encountered them in a forest as they found them guilty.People were really happy with the cops.it makes a lot of difference when it comes to killing innocent ones to those who were guilty of the crime.

Well i know the law say don't shoot unless it is necessary meaning that the person has a weapon. And in my case the man didn't. And all that happened in the middle of the street. Everybody saw it.

such stuff of course has been going on all along. now its the digital age more of this stuff is going to be shown what people would not believe. alot of people in the past would hear about this stuff but probably thought the people were lying that told them, or they probably thought they were involved in a crime and were lying to make the cops sound bad. seeing is believing though and more of the videos such as the one you described(i really wish you would show the link just to verify it)will be recorded for non-believers to see.

I know I wouldn't want to have the job of a policeman. I don't know how so many of them keep their tempers and act so cool. And in cities where there is alot of such problems. Some polieman shouldn't be in their line of work. THey are time bombs waiting to go off. I hope this isn't a trend.

But Terrence it is wrong. It is wrong in almost every single way. And to even make it worst they did it out in the open. Showing evidence that police are the one corrupting the society in some way.

yea well at least if he had fought back he would definatly be killed much brutaly so he was in a situation the least he could do was to endure the pain and hope that they wouldn't kill him depite his actions of throwing stones at them.

Hi Renhard, That's a terrible thing to have happen and I hope the officer in question is put out of the police force altogether and also brought to justice. I believe that there are many policeman everywhere who should be in some other profession. There are often calls of police brutality but now their actions are sometimes caught on tape, imagine the things that may have happened just a few years ago. I know that the majority of police officers are probably very fine men and women who have a difficult job to do, but some as can be seen in this case, are too trigger happy. Blessings.

I hope so too because that is the only way the society can balance down back and have the peace. I can't wait to see what they really have planned for that police officer.

Renhard police men are just human beings like everyone else. some of them are crooked and do just what that police officer did. That was horrible and the man should be sent to p rison for killing an unarmed man, no matter if he was a murderer. I sure hope the majority of police officers are not criminals like that officer was. Here I have seennothing but good of our local police officers so I think those kind of officers are just a very small minority. They are taught not to be like that, no matter how horrible the criminal they catch maybe they cannot retaliate at all. They are to uphold the law, not break it.

But as you might know. One rotten apple can spoil the whole bunch i you don't find a solution to the problem as soon as possible. This letting our society feels less reliable on police officers, thinking only think they would do is make things worst.

You did not mention the location of this incident. As far as the brutality of the police is concerned so such incidents happened everywhere in the world. I personally believe there are good police officers but then there are police officers who get powers negatively. Even if somebody commits a crime, that person should be taken to court not killed on the roadside. As you said that people were witnessing this incident, that police officer will surely get punishment for that. Because he committed a crime being a police officer he actually killed a person.

This is absolutely criminal misuse of power, that policeman is guilty of cold blooded murder,he should be given same punishment as a murderer police is only supposed to open fire only in self defense and not just at will.

That is what I am also saying. Put him in jail until he rots. No put him in jail until the jail rots. That is what he deserves. He doe not pas the requirement to be a police.

I have seen policemen beat people before on the news and it was done out of things like racism or just for no reason. It kind of scares me knowing that there's policemen out there that abuse their power. I have heard a similar situation to the one you are describing. A policeman had killed a man but I don't know the reason why I forgot. Though when he went to trial the policeman was only given minor punishment in my opinion because the court declared that the policeman did not intend to kill the man. Something like that I heard about it a long time ago so I don't really remember much else. It's just not right

I wonder if that is what they are going to do with this police man. Minor punishment can't bring justice. This thing is serious and needs to be sorted out the proper way. When will this society learn. Even if the man did something wrong and they are absolutely sure it was him, they still don't have the right to kill the man unless he had a weapon, and in that state he didn't.

How could anyone go as far as that?!? And that was just a suspect! He couldn't have been sane! Only evil people kill without giving mercy. That would be so horrible. I would definitely take him to court. I would hope he got life in prison for this, because murder is unforgivable. You can never undo it. He should just walk into prison, and never come out. That is just plain horrible.

That is hat should really be done. I am really wondering though if they are going to do so or give him minor punishment because he is authority? What is this world coming to?

that person is not a good police men he need anger management he can't control his anger and also its not right to kill a person even if they are the suspect as long as they don't intend to fight and intentionally kill the police that police has the reason to shot him but in your story the suspect can't barely move and trow something just to stop the police from beating him so that police should be prison. I hope its could be a lesson to police officer to take all their police men to take a anger management

That should what they should really do. The man was barely moving on the ground. The fastest the man ever move was when he got the shot. That was the time he crawl so fast under the police van. I really felt it for him.
