What if evil was good?

If evil was good then good would be evil. And kicking babies would be good. And sharing your food with the poor would be evil. Everyone would avoid doing good things, because it's negative. Or maybe it would positive to do things that hurt others. And in that case you could say that maybe that's the way it is right now. Because people seem to love doing things that hurt others. So what if evil was bad?

awww thats strange ahah but sometimes people think that someone is the bad one and that person is the good one. bcs many people know how to lie. so sad :( that happened to me before. someone thought im the bad one and i was the good one and the bad one is with guy i liked all happy and i was the sad one. anyway life is not fair. my favourite dish is i dont know really i like many things^^ i like shrimp and also pasta and codfish^^

That's a really hard one. You mean that being nice to people and being honest and things like that were actually evil, and being a mean lying cheat was actually good? That would be very confusing. I guess I would continue to be evil then because that is what I know. My favorite dish is nachos with the works. Cheese, beans, ground beef or chicken, sour cream, peppers you name it.

Hey there, Gorrila :) It's an interesting question you have here. I'm not sure if I should change it into a morale debate or simply state that...there is no good or evil. There are just general guidelines that humans as a species need to go by in order to have the thing we call a normal life. We need protection from our fears. And that protection are the rules and principles we hide behind in our life. So , if you want my deffinition of evil, is what you would hate to be done to you, yet you to to others. In other words, good and evil are shifting concepts that alternate from one person to another. While most people love pleasure, some enjoy pain and we insist on calling them wierd and freaks because they are not the majority. So...the situation like the one you describe is practically very possible if a person discovers something in his/her life that changes his perspective of things 180 degrees. It's like going from soldier to working for the Unicef. In other words, my "dish" is good because it's MINE. And whoever says his dish is "evil" is, in my opinion a liar because if he likes the "dish" then, by default it's good for her/him :) So ....are we on same sides or do you think differently from me? :)
