Great service from Samsung mending my sons notebook

My son had a problem with the screen on his notebook and i rang Samsung up on the Friday and they sent a company to collect the note book on the Monday and today they sent the notebook back all mended plus they had done all the updates etc at no cost to me at all,even though it was my sons fault about the screen.Great staff,fast service can not complain at all.One happy son.

I think that is great! It is so important today to have a good warranty on your PC and know that the company will stand behind their product. And good customer service is so important. Especially now days when none of that seems important to so many companies. Good to hear!

The notebook was still under a year old,but it was my sons fault why it had broken.There are alot of companies out there that will take your money,but will not help you when there is a problem with a product they do not help much,or worse still do not put the product right.Samsung will be a brand that i will buy in the future,knowing that they are there to help if there is ever a problem with it.

That was lucky, huh? I remember when I had my first laptop and was taking such good care of it. My grandson spilled some milk on the keyboard and the company was very nice about replacing it. I was so releived. And your reaction is what good customer service does for a company.

Hiya jugs,
I like Samsung electrical gadgets. We have a printer that most would have given up on but it´s still working it´s a Samsung model and I don´t know what I would do without it. I hope they keep going for ever they give a very good service here too in any line of appliances they have.

I think that there are alot of products on the market,but alot of the companys are not great for after sales service.I think that, knowing that the staff are really helpful, aswell as they are really a quick aswell as great after sales aswell as the repairs are done really fast speed,i will in future buy alot more of their products.

Hiya jugs,
Samsung for me are the best. I like a few others but these have given the best reliability performance of any of the others we have tried. Not going to say which are the others that have given us so many Headaches not worth it or even mentioning them.
Don´t you just hate it when you buy something it goes wrong and you can´t get it fixed again well that´s what happened to us with other electrical gadgets but not with Samsung.
I give them a five star rating.

I know that there are companies out there that just like to take your money and never try to sort the problem out.I myself in future will be buying Samsung as a make no matter what the cost,as i know that if anything is wrong with one of their products they will sort the problem out in fast time.

Yes, I have a samsung cellphone and I find that it is absolutely great. I have never had to use repairs or customer services though,(touch wood), but I find they make great products in this little phone. It sounds as if they make great notebooks too - which doesn't surprise me.

I think that it is great to know that there are a few great companies out there that do not just take your money when buying one of the products that they sell and make.The staff on the suport line were great aswell as they were easy to understand what they were saying.Even when the person came to collect the note book was also very polite.

Yeah! you're right saying about it and that is why Samsung company enjoying good return on investment in every financial quarter year. I love the way how they put return to their loyal customers. I like much its digital camera, HD videocam, and professional 3CCD products compare to other labels.

I have in the past bought other products from other manufactures and they were ok,until you need advice or even a repair i think that it is great that they do not just take your money and then make you sort any of the problems out yourself.Even the people who come to collect the notebook were really nice.

Really?? Is the notebook still under warranty?? IF not, it's really a great service by samsung!! haha =D
They are doing a great service, by doing things, they are not being asked to do, yet they showed the initiative! hehe
I dun think that will ever happen over here, and even if it does happen, it's either we have to bring the things there, or they dun update anything on our behalf.. haha

I will be buying Samsung in the future thats for sure.It was still under a years warrenty,but it was my sons fault like i told them why it had a problem with the screen,but still they never charged me.They mended it aswell as returned it in less than a week.

I would highly recommend Samsung,friendly after sales staff,fast to collect,mend and return the note book.I think that it is great to get after sales service, as there are alot of companys out there that tend to take your money and not give great after sales help.

That is really great to hear. It isn't often at all that we are able to hear that there are companies that offer great customer service. The last time that I had great customer service with a company was so long ago that I can't even remember what the issue was and which company I was dealing with. That just goes to show that there are seldom times that we get great service as customers to companies. So, two thumbs up to Samsung.

Samsung also sent me a text to my phone to say what time they were going to collect the notebook,aswell as when they had mended it,also a time slot what time they were going to deliver it back to me.They done all the latest upgrades for it while they had it aswell.
