This shot shows the remainder of a recent picking from my garden.
I gave about 10 cucumbers and 10 yellow and green zuchinni to my wifes restaraunt once again. I have been eating the cukes with some vinegar, olive oil, spices, onions, and zuchinni as a salad. So tasty as a hot days snack actually. This sampling will be gone in a couple days for sure. There's more that'll be ready soon as well.
Do you like a vinegar and poil salad dressing at all?

hi Grandpa bob I love cucumbers fixed that way, my mom used to
do that with them and they were so food. wow. I even like raw
zuchinni fixed that way lol. I envy you all the nice fresh
veggies, we seldom get that here, some frozed stuff that's
not too bad but commercially canned veggies. bheah yuck.vinegar
and oil dressing is tasty and also better for you too.

i NEVER CARED FOR VINGERETTE DRESSINGS Until recently.
Now I can't do without it. HAHAHA!

We have been making a ham salad dish, tomatoes, cukes, onions, ham cubes and shredded cheese. Dress it with Zesty Italian, which is oil and vinegar and spices. It seems to just hit the spot. I am loving my fresh tomatoes especially.

I don't normally eat oil and vinegar salad dressing, but once in awhile it is good. I love cucumbers though. I have one in the fridge now. If I was not so stuffed from the shrimp Alfredo pizza I made from dinner I would go slice it up now. You are making me want one.

Yes, i do. I like to cut a bunch of veggies & use it as a marinate. I also make a pasta salad that u use it on.

I like freshly cut vegetables and fruits salad.. I don't use the oil in the salad but instead I use Curd on the vegetables .. I think it is more healthier than using oil.. My grandpa also use to grow cucumbers in the backyard space.. But use to eat it with some salt directly instead of putting it in salad..

No I'm naughty I like my ranch dressing wich I know isn't the greatest for you but I do buy the "light" version. I wish my zucchini plant was doing better & one of my kids had not jacked up the cold in the lower part of the fridge freezing what I had, cause I love making bread w/ it.
