Orzo, do you have a favorite way to use it?

We see it in a pilof up here mostly. I was watching tv the other day and someone used it in a desert that looke like rice pudding. How do you use it?

Since orzo is a pasta, we do not use it. Hubby does not like pasta. I have seen the recipes that are like rice pudding. I would enjoy that. I would use it pilar style as well.

When my husband doesn't like something, I just make it when he's not around.

It's a little flat or rounded disc. It's like rice, but it's pasta and it's often in rice piloff. If you look in your groceries pasta section, it will probably be there.
