For most Filipinos earning online, the UnionBank EON CyberAccount is the preferred way to withdraw their earnings. It's a bank account with a debit card from Visa. I think there is no requirement that you have to verified your paypal account in order to receive your payment from mylot. Unverified paypal account is allowed to withdraw their funds to their bank account. Some alternative payment method maybe good solution too. I am happy if mylot added others payment method. However, mylot have their own consideration. I got my my paypal account verified without having credit card. I use Virtual Credit Card (VCC) to verified my paypal account. I bought it 80,000 rupiahs or about $8. It was so easy to verified paypal account using VCC.

I think the best thing to do is ring them up. Paypal not long ago were forced by law to have a contact phone number. Ring them up and they may be able to lift the restriction straight away. That is what I did when I had a problem with my account being limited.

I do not have credit cards. But I have verify paypal. I verify using my bank account. But if mylot agree with you, I'm happy.
