Yesterday evening I almost passed out as I was very tired and hungry. It is kind of weird to have so much hunger as I ate quite well that day. I have no clue what to do about it and it only makes my panic disorder hit me worse. What can I do?

If you are noticing you are staying thirsty and always hungry even after eating you might want to have your blood sugar checked. Sometimes the combination you are giving is the first signs of diabetes and your sugar is either to low or high and either way you can have fatique, exhaustion and the feelings you are going to pass out. If you are under a lot of stress, (school, work, relationship, family) those too can trigger a lot of different symptoms. I know about a year ago my doctor thought I was having heart attack I was on a halter for three days while I went about my normal life it turned out to be anxiety I had problems breathing and just felt so tired I wanted to sleep all the time I am now on the smallest dose of Xanax because I only weigh 114 and has helped immensely. I still feel fatigued most of the time but I have fibromyalgia which attacks your muscles and makes you feel exhausted most of the time. I am on muscle relaxers for that but the meds for them just make you waste your life away in bed and so I only take them when I am absolutely hurting and need to sleep off the pain and give the meds a chance to take affect If I took them every day I may as well be in a nursing home and not have a life I love to cook and keep my house up and craft. Hope this helps to hear how someone else copes with similar symptoms on a daily basis

stress and too much thinking can make us get hungry faster. if you are thinking too much and still has a lot of physical activity i advice you to eat small snacks whenever you can. drink a lot of fluids. if we think and perspire a lot and you are in a very hot surroundings there is a big possibility that you will faint. take care of your self, it is wise also to see a doctor you might also have anemia, anemia causes fainting too.

Make sure you stay hydrated and that you eat a variety of foods. You should eat some fat and protein, because some carbohydrates metabolize very quickly, leaving you with a tired and weak feeling. If it keeps up or gets worse you should call a doctor and visit with them.

perhaps what you need to do is make sure to eat small snacks during the day so that the blood sugar doesn't get too low. I know if I eat a big meal, than later the blood sugar can get very low and makes me feel weak and tired - by eating things that take a long time to digest and keep my blood sugar at a level then I don't feel so bad

What was the temperature like? I play softball once a week on a team and last week I stood up from the bench and everything blacked out. I had eaten properly the entire day, but I did not have anything water with me and the weather was so humid, I believe this was the contributing factor. Outside of that it could very well be related to stress and not enough rest. Take care of yourself hon, no one else will.

Maybe because of too much work and too much stress, you've become hypoglycemic that you almost passed out. Even though you eat well that day but you are burning carbohydrates from your work and your brains uses up a lot of glucose for functioning so you are prone to hypoglycemia. What you need to do next time is to bring candy or anything that has concentrated sugar and when the time that you feel that you are dizzy or has a cold sweats then eat a candy. About you panic attack, maybe you can do deep breathing to calm yourself down. When deep breathing, you take on oxygen and gives off carbon dioxide. It can also slow down your heart rate. Try to relax and do an imagery. Panic won't do anything good and if constantly you are prone to develop hypertension and hear disease.
