Bravery of the Chilean miners

I don't know if any here are from South America, but if you are I salute you. The Chilean miners who got trapped underground when their tunnel collapsed are all okay at present, thank goodness, but they can only be rescued by drilling through tons of solid rock. Result is they could be trapped underground till Christmas! Can you imagine that? Right now I'm praying for things to get speeded up so they're rescued sooner, but crikey - they're brave. Me - I'd be screaming and scratching the walls. I even got scared going in a cave recently, cos I suddenly realised how many tons of rock I was standing under. These guys may be seasoned miners but being trapped underground is a whole new ball game. Are you thinking about the Chilean miners in your prayers?

It`s a GOD`s miracle!!Trapped for 69 days and still alive??I can't imagine if my father were there!!We pray that the rescue will be done ASAP and the miners are in good condition and they can meet with their families again. GBU Always

Thank you very much for your prayers. They are needed. I am chilean and besides the pain and the horroe of the whole situation, I am proud of them. They are the kind of people that we have to look up to, when we think of how we want our lives to be. They are not sophisticated people but the have an inside power that schooling doesn´t give. May they come out safe!
