Justice Department and Sheriff Arpaio

The justice Department is giving Arpaio a second ultimatum to provide information regarding his policies.
The Department has outlined 51 requests for documents and information on how the Sheriff's Office conducts traffic stops and searches, trains new recruits and treats prisoners held in county jails. Officials also asked for access to arrest records from Jan. 2008 and to interview officers and inmates at county facilities.
The Sheriffs attorney says that the request are unclear. They are not sure what the Justice Department is looking for and believes they are fishing and have no case.
There are other cases and other allegations just recently against the Sheriff.

I think that the corruptocrats are trying to keep the sheriff from doing his job.
Obama and henchman Holder are intent on destroying this country, our every freedom and protection, and they will use every underhanded and illegal, monstrous method to do it.
Nothing they do is right or moral, just malicious and evil.
No real president or honorable person would use the Saul Alinsky method to impune or undermine those who righteously perform their Constitutional oath and duty to protect our citizens.

That's how the evil one and "powers and principalites" work. They attack the righteous: "Many are the trials of the righteous..."
Those in our government doing satan's work must also use Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" evil tactics to destroy those working for truth and justice. Alinsky honored satan in his book as the first "radical".
What's happening in our country and the world is totally demonic.

No I don't think Sheriff Joe is corrupt, he's just doing a job that no one else wants....I think that if there is any corruption it comes from the justice department......They are the ones who won't do anything to the people who are black and trying to stop people from their right to vote in PA......Leave Sheriff Joe alone and he'll clean up the problem......
While the justice departement is the problem.....The only thing I have to say about Sheriff Joe is we need more people like him.....don't coddle the prisioners if they want to eat they need to work.....Give him all the support he needs...

Clearly it's a fishing expedition. However this information is typically a matter of public record and if it is, that means they can fish all they want without subpoenas.
Personally I have no reason to believe he is corrupt. I think they are just trying to smear anyone who opposes illegal immigration while giving a pat on the back to sanctuary cities that protect illegal aliens who rape and murder people.

They are on a fishing trip apparently. Otherwise, they would have made specific requests for specific people and specific arrest records not the whole month. The sheriff is just doing his job. Frankly, the country could use a few more tough as nails sheriffs.

the sheriff has a distinguished career in law enforcement, 4 yrs as an Army MP , worked for the DEA for 25 yrs to become the head of the DEA in Arizona, and elected as sheriff of Maricopa county Sheriff since 1992. the issue is that he is doing a good job illegals are running form Arizona ,infesting other states. Illegals are a potential voting block for the Liberals, notice who is persecuting him.
