Though I don't have the willpower to write diaries everyday, I will write down my mood as well as diaries once I have the inspiration. I will record them so that I can see my gradual maturity.Sometimes it may be one word, sometimes it might be a diary. Anyway, write them down can adjust my mood and make me relax. So how about you? do you keep on writing something? If so, is it have a good influence on your life? Thank you.

In my opinion there are good and bad thins about owning a diary. I remember when I was 7, my teacher told us that when we will be grown ups, we will just laugh at the silly content we wrote. My mom would be alwyas busy working and i had problems that the maturity of teenagers couldn't help with my problems so i wrote everything in there when i was angry or crying. the good thing about it is that I felt much better. At that point, I should of just recycled teh dirary. When I read it years later, I found nothing funny as my teacher said. it reminded me more of bad memories that i wanted to forget. Because of that, I can't forget those unpleasant things that i have already forgot and it made me bitter nowadays. So what i suggest you to do is to write positiv things only and not negative. You want to remember good things that will bring you a smile on your face. Avoid writing things that made you unhappy as you want to forget about them.

Whenever I am sad or happy, I always find time to update my "online diary". It is my own way of expressing myself. I always find it difficult to be showy, and I also consider it as the mirror of my past life, there's no harm it you keep track of you past life, I consider it as a photo of my life :)

I do write blogs a fair amount. I would say that I write in them a couple of times every week, just to keep updated with the way I feel. Writing diaries or blogs are very useful things to us, as they allow us to read back about our feels over the past few days, weeks, or even months and years, and see themes and trends that we didn't even notice about ourselves at the time.

I had a diary when I was teenager and after that there was a long break where I didn't write. When I was 23 I started writing again and since that time I have been writing a diary. In some periods of my life I write almost every day especially in periods where a lot of new things happen in my life and periods where I am sad or depressed. In some periods I only write once or twice a month or less. I like to write about my experiences, my thoughts and my feelings and when I read my old diaries I notice that I have changed in many ways.

I don't have the habit of writing diaries or mood, but when i come across somehting that i can't cope with and have no one to pour out,i will choose to text some short messages. It really relaxes me a lot. The diaries, blogs or short messages tread different paths that lead to the same destination,I think. They are different ways to display your life which is full of happyness, appreciation, pain, hurt, frustration and even the feeling of loneliness.Look back on,we examin ourselves again and figure out sothing new.

I used to write diaries almost everyday but as technology arises. It just kinda changed my perspective on where to write. Its still fun to write using a pen but the ease of use if I use my laptop to write and store my daily journal tops it all. I write diaries if I'm in the mood or if I have something in mind or in my heart that I just want out. I am the type of person who really hides what I truly feel, I hide it for myself for fear that I may not please the one I'm telling my feelings to. So most of the time, almost everyday, I do am in the mood to write diaries because of my personality. And Yes, it has a good influence in my life because it makes me relax, calms me down and helps me blurt out strong emotions. Thank you for sharing by the way. Have a nice day.

I write in a diary when I'm sad, and I can not tell to others. By writing in a diary, I can be a little relieved.

I keep a diary/journal whatever you'd like to call it. Yet I don't make an entry everyday. Sometimes I do, sometimes I'll skip a few days maybe even a week. It feels like a chore when you have to write but don't have anything to write about...

Diaries reflects our moods. I kept writing diaries for almost 5years from my high school period to my college years. Writing time is a high sweet, bitter aftertaste endless. When i made such my promise with the boy who i loved in my Grade on in high school, i kept writing about my mood, my studies, and my missing for 3years. At the same day afrer 3years, i wanna to give my diaries to him as a present. Unluckily, he broke our promises. No matter how sorrowful is the result, i'm satisfied with my writing hours. It is the diaries that made me feel not longly any more. I can share all my sadness and happiness with my notebook, tell him why i'm sad, tell him how much i miss him, tell him what difficulties i met in my studies. In my heart,it's my bossom friend, nobody will take the place.

In some instances, writing sometimes helps me, but I usually choose to work out to make myself feel better. I used to write poetry or small letters, but then I changed all of sudden. How long have you been doing this? The writing in diaries?
