How can some people be so ignorant?

I heard on the radio this morning that the police were chasing a motorcycle trying to get the driver to stop.
As they were chasing him, his passenger fell off and was hit by several cars.
This was on a lit highway, no excuses, but NO ONE stopped!!!! Not even the motorcycle driver.
Unfortunately the passenger never had a chance and died almost instantly.
Sad thing is, no one stopped, nor did they come back after it happened.
I don't know how you could miss running a person over especially at such a high speed.

Hi,
I understand what you are saying when you say ignorant but isn't it a bit more towards inhumane!! That must have been terrible for the person who got hit..

this is nothing they will do how can we catch the theft if you prepare like that you cant get any in ur life because he is not only a pet or an animal he is a human like that other by others he will know what kind of mistake he is doing? He is not a small kid he is very matured person and not also a begger one right.
