I just can't believe Discover Card would use such dirty tricks

I was unreasonably charge extra on my credit card bill, and I was confusing about what went wrong. I asked those operators, and they would not be able to give me a satisfied answer, until many pursue on this issue. They charged me late fee, which added up to $50. Why I was charged late fee; not that I don't want to submit my payment on time. Usually my due date payment is around the 15th of each month. I match the postmark on the bill envelope, they sent out the bill on the 14th, one day before the due day. So, it might take at least 2 to 3 days for the post office to deliver that bill to my home. So, obviously, I am late already. That is really a dirty trick used by Discover card. I called the operator many times in regard this matter. And obviously, those operators are trained to be dumb, and not helping me at all. What kind of customer service is that? Within such economic climate, I just can't believe those credit card companies trying every trick to rip people off in trying to make themselves rich. Shame on Discover card.
