Some people prefer to get up early in the morning and start the days work. Others prefer to get up late and work until late at night. If it is sunday, I'd like to get up very late, slomet at the noon. However, I have to force me to get up and go to the office. While my friends and roommates enjoy their weekend, I stay at desk all day long. Sometimes, I am really jealous of them!

I definitely would prefer waking up early cause I do more things in the morning, and I love working in the working.. and if I would wake up late, it just ruins my day, and I would be grumpy and lazy the whole day so I end up not doing anything. Hehehehe. I can wake up early and stay up late until around 11pm. I think I get the best of both worlds by doing that.

I prefer to get up early in the morning because it makes me feel good and energized as long as I also sleep early at night. Six to eight hours of sleep is enough for me because if I go beyond that I would usually feel lazy when I wake up and I usually get headaches due to too much sleep. Aside from that, I am already used to getting up early in the morning because my husband goes to work at 5:00am. Getting up early also enables me to do a lot of work during the day... :)

" Early to bed ans early to rise is healthy, wealthy and wise" so goes the old saying.Though it is a good habit yet for many people is not practicable for variou reasons say late working hours or night shift duties etc.But if there is a choice it is always advisable to go to bed early and get up early. It is also said that half an hour sleep before midnight is equal to two hours sleep after midnight because the premidnight sleep is better in qality though not quantity. I prefer and follow the old saying

I'm an early person, and i like the fresh air that comes along with it. Though i can be sleeping late at night, but waking up early is of no problem to me. I like to watch the sunrise, and feeling fresh after a cold shower, makes me look forward to rest of the day. I don't like waking up late in the mornings or early afternoon, as i will feel that half of my day is gone, when i can actually be doing something meaningful.

Most of the time, I get up late. Probably because I feel so lazy going to class or I may just be a natural slow poke because I've never been an early bird since then. As much as I would like to start my day early, my body would just get heavier as I wake up earlier than usual. But if I really have to wake up early, I'll do. But if not, then I'm certainly back to my old ways of getting up late.

Yes i prefer in the morning there is more things can be done in the morning where the weather is not tat hot and alos the fresh hair and the optimisim of great day ahead. If i sleep early like midnight or 1am i will automatically wake up early like before 6am. THe internet is much faster in the morning than at night.PErsonally i prefer to get up early however, sometime working in office and other responsibily cause to sleep late and then have to wake up later also.

I prefer getting up late, but I can't do it, since I have to go to work and everything, most days. So I only get up late in the weekends, really.

I just love to have my life where I can do what I want no matter, the time of day if I want to get up early today because I wanna go for run than thats just what it is. If I want to stay up all night and bake cookies then eat them all thats what it is.or catch a late night zumba class.. If i wanna sleep in today until 3 or watch tv thats good too or party all night with friends or go shopping whatever I just love to have my days at my dispense whatever activity I choose to fill them with is just what it is. tomorrow isn't promised so i just have to remember to live.

I love getting up late. When I don't have lesson or have nothing on for the day, I really love to get up late. Perhaps 12pm-1pm. I would even get mad if someone wakes me up. I think waking up late is one way of enjoying life. However, I do admit that when I wake up late, I waste lots of time. I realise that more gets accomplished when I wake up even at 8am. It makes a lot of difference. Waking up when the sun is already high up in the sky makes you even lazier and after lazing around for awhile, you realise that your whole day is gone. Sometimes I really want to wake up eariler, so I feel fresher and more full of life. However, I usually end up sleeping again.

it really depends on your status, your job requirements, and your working habit. I don't sleep 8 hours a day, my body clock always wake me up at 1-2am whether i sleep early or late then sometimes fell asleep again around 430am while watching TV and again body clock wakes me up around 530am and that start my day.

I would honesty prefer it if I woke up early, because then I would see the day more, however I like to sleep - my mothers side of the family sleep a lot, whilst my dad's side of the family wake up early, so I got the lazy end of the stick. I worry about when I begin work because I am too dependant on my sleeping pattern. I don't want to be constantly tired because of my staying up late, and I want to get up early but that is sometimes difficult because I sleep through alarms. So I would prefer to get up early.

I prefer getting up early and go to work. I'm a morning person. But for the last 5 years, I've been working the night shift so I get up at night. I have adjusted to it already.

I'd prefer to get up early in the morning if I can. My job makes me always sleep at very late at night. Each time I woke up, there nobody left in my house, everyone has gone to their own job. I take a bath in silence, lonely breakfast, watching tv alone. Sigh... It's so boring. I wish I could wake up early in the morning, so I can enjoy morning air, talk to my family when having breakfast and else. I feel like I live alone in my house. And there is something else, I never feel I have a fit conditions since I have to sleep so late. My body always feels so tired, I often got a headache at work.

I'm very lazy but it's really nice to wake up early and be able to do a lot of things finished by the end of the day, and not get jealous of other people when they're already resting at night and you're still doing lots of things. Also, for me, it's easier to do and finish things during the day than at night. Lots of the good tv shows are at night so it can really take away your focus on what you are doing.

i hate waking up early in the morning just to take cold shower and run to work..but it gives me also an opportunity to go out at night and have some quality dinner time with my family..
