how do you get many Online Job percentage higher for a job chance?
this is really is a very big Question for me, How to Land a stable long term Job, full time... ?
How will you increase chances of getting hired ?

Depending on the job, I would tell the employer that you are available any hours and any days. When you first start out you are low man on the totum pole as it is and doing this telling them you intend to be responsible and that you want to work. It isn't an easy economy right now so it is best to have something you know they want or you are out of luck.

I FORGOT THAT ASPECT, telling my employers, sand to be as responsible as i could, and most of all, and i just Want to work...

I hope that you are looking in different areas not just your certain area of expertise or interest. You might be surprised how quickly you might find something in a different area.

Outside of continual tweaking of your resume and brushing up your interviewing skills to be able to sell your skills to a prospective employer, I would say persistence.
In today's job market with the economy being so poor, I would have to say there are hundreds if not thousands racing for that one positions.
