What was/is your first job and how did it go/is it going so far? ...I was a kindergarten teacher in a christian school way back 2002. It wasn't really bad except that I have to travel an hour from our house just to get there. I was just starting then so my salary was quite small and was not enough for all my expenses including transportation. But since I signed a contract with them, I had no choice but to wait until the school year ends before I can look for and get another job. It was really exhausting, but it was fun playing with and teaching kids, though.

for my first job, i was an accounting clerk for a construction company. i was in college at the same time, i worked to finance my studies. back then, i was very happy to be earning above what my colleagues earn.well that's what i thought. only to realize a year after (when i was already doing payroll as part of my job for another company) that i was not given benefits by the company i first worked for. i wasn't deducted the mandatory government contributions. it was really silly of me to think i earned more. it was a good experience though and an advantage also to be able to work even before my classmates did. it's a good way to boost CVs and make it standout.

My first job was a contractual office clerk. It took awhile before I finally got to my field. Somehow I felt that it would have been nice if I became a teacher instead, it would have been much more fun than doing computer work.

That is a very nice reminder of years back ! My first job was a mailman, delivering letters to houses around the area I was living. That was during my college years, a job to help meet some of my heavy expenditures. But, I enjoyed it very much, doing some thing good for the community too. I get so happy when some one comes out and receives the letter with a broad smile. That starts of my day with a happy feeling ! Thank you for reminding !

I was an acctg. assistant then. I was undergrad but fortunately hired by them because i was their ON THE JOB TRAINEE. It was hard because the company is Auditing Firm and requires a lot of time. I work for them for almost 2 years before deciding to finish my studies.

my first job was online as a freelancer, i was so excited when i got a contract. during my first job I did my best to satisfy my boss, and refrained from committing mistakes. but i guess if its your first time to do something you cant really avoid mistakes, but as i get used to what i'm doing everyday the easier and wetter the output of my work...
