I have been working on my own for quite some years already. I enjoyed a lot. I am free to do what I want to do in my own time, too. But I also want to work with some companies if opportunity comes. What about you?

I have no experience yet in working 'cause I'm still a student but I'm already planning out of it. If someday i get job, i would like to work on my own. Because working alone can give me a piece of mind, no one to take care about, i can control my time and i can decide on my own cause nobody will ask me on what to do.

Oh! I see. So you're still a student. It's good that you are planning to work ahead of time. Planning is of great help. You are definitely right! Working on your own business is the best. No so much hassles. You can manage your time. You can travel any time, anywhere. Indeed, you will be the one to control your time. You are the BOSS!! hahha.. And that's really awesome!!

I have worked with a boss for about 13 years. I would say that I am a good worker. But after working for such quite a time, I feel the need to change. So now, I work on my own. I am now my own boss and I would say that its really great. I decide if I want to work and decide what work to accept or not. I also get to meet a lot of people with the work I am doing now and aside from that get to teach people the art of saving lives.. I like it so much.

Wow!! That is indeed super awesome!!! I can really say that you are a good servant or worker. You deserve to be treated right also. You deserve what and where you are right now. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for teaching us some good lessons. I am very grateful to attend your seminar in our place last September 3-5 Sir. I love the way you teach. I love your way of making us laugh hard that our stomachs are really shaking..hahahahaha.. Super thank you for the time you've spent for us. We had so much fun. ALL of us who attended your seminar. We owe you a lot. I hope I can use those techniques you have taught in the right time. Godspeed!

Hi there! I have experienced both, working for someone and being self-employed and from my experiences I'd choose to be working on my own. Like you, I feel free to do what I want and do things in my own time. I'm a home-based provider and I enjoy it a lot. It is also the type of work that fits me because I have pets to take care of and since I am single, living independently, I have no one to watch over my pets if I'm not around. Ciao!

Wow!! Awesome! How do you do that? I mean that being "home-based provider"? I salute you for that. Being single and living independently is hard but cool. You are being so responsible in that case. Good job! Keep it up!!!

I like working alone for the most part too. One of the reasons I haven't quit my job yet is because I don't have a direct boss breathing down my neck, and it's a pretty independent job (although you do report to your bosses throughout the day). But I can't stand being micro-managed. However, I would love to work with a co-worker, especially one that's chatty! It gets a little lonely being by yourself all day.

I got your point Maezee. Thank you for your response. I like the word "micro-managed." It is a good term to describe.lol. Yes, I agree with you. Being alone in your job is a little bit lonely. BUT, this thing I should say. You can divert boredom or loneliness or dullness into a happy, lively and fun moments, can't you? It is a matter of spirit of living. It really depends on how you perceive things. Every second of our lives is very important, isn't it? That's why, We must always smile, laugh, love, share, and enjoy! Life is so beautiful. ^_^

Being an entrepreneur is one of the best things in life and one action i will never regret in my life, owning a company is much much better than working for one, being boss is always better than being a subordinate. I wish entrepreneurship should had been instilled by most parents and schools at a very young age in our country instead of the study hard and find a good job policy.

I both work for myself (without a boss) and at the same time work with others (other online marketers) helping each others build profitable home business on the Internet. I only worked in an employed contract once, and most of the time I am working for myself either as a free lancer salesman offline, or a network marketer, and as an affiliate marketer online. Just like you, I love the freedom of being my own boss!

Yesss I agree with you dude, working as a freelancer is the best way to enjoy yourself without being bound with the terms and conditions of other people like companies and stuff. you can have your own terms and conditions, you can set your work timings, you don't need to rush everyday on a fixed time and don't get fired for being late :D. These are some of the advantages of freelancing :). The advantages of working with companies or fixed jobs is you get money on daily basis, be it weekly or monthly. you know you are going to get money at the end of the week or month. freelancing on other hands does not guarantee continous flow of money, though it can earn somebody a huge amount while other might remain poor :P. I would definately prefer a freelancing job where I can work on my own :) as I cannot tolerate dominance from bosses :)

I too have worked on my own for some time. Although I love it most of the time, I find that I really miss the company of people. My need for that personal connection on a daily basis had not really occurred to me. I thought that as I loved working on projects at my office jobs, that I wouldn't find working here at home on my own anything but great! Well I was wrong, and now I do take outside part time and temporary jobs, just to get that personal connection.
