Sigh, going to be a noisy day, the roofers are here.

I got a text last night from my landlord saying that the roofers were coming today. It's supposed to rain, but right now the sun is out, and the roofers are here. It's noisy already and they haven't done much. It's going to get worse when they start laying the shingles down and hammer them in. The dog is trying to sleep through the noise of them pulling the old shingles off right now, not sure where the cat is, I guess he's hiding somewhere. I wish I was working today, but with the risk of rain, I can't work, my boss called this morning to tell me that. There is a crew of 4 working up there right now, so it shouldn't take more than a day to get it done, as long as the rain holds off, otherwise I know they'll be back tomorrow. I've never been home when roofers have been working, but I've been on job sites where roofers have been working while I've been doing my work.
