I am having a good week.. I got paid from 4 sites in the last 6 days.. Now I can go to the Big E (BIG NEW ENGLAND FAIR) and actually have a few bucks to spend.. the $32 bucks I got this week gives me a grand total of $68 bucks in my paypal.. woo hoo. The last few years I go with a credit card. but since having to file for bankruptcy this year .. I was wondering if I would have any money to even eat with.. I hate tat they charge a fortune for everything at those fairs.. $3 for a bottle of water... come on! Did everyone else have a good week? Any plans for your online earnings?

I have several gift cards coming, for gifts for Christmas, and am trying to get my gift card balance on Amazon built up to buy gifts. We won't have alot of extra money to buy with, so this will really help.

I her you there.. that is what I used to do every year. I used to use my points from my american express cards to get Gift cards for my step father and brother.. This year... no cards- No points but I think I got almost enough swag bucks to get a $10 gift card to Barnes and Noble for my brother.. and he can add that to the $25 one from last year he hasn't used yet.. LOL Thank god for online earnings.. I know I'm getting $28 from Zazzle next month.. I should start saving for Christmas... Ugh!

The best gift is a gift from the heart. Just joking, hwy it's pretty cool your not just giving up on Christmas due to the financial tension.

My online earnings are now going to go towards saving up for a few months' rent for mine and my husband's first apartment. I've got to find a job which I am trying to do, but in the mean time I am earning online to save up for the apartment.

Even just a little bit will help. We've got other ways we are saving, and hubs just goes to work and back now, we don't go out much and that way we won't spend.

Yeah, you have to love when sites actually pay you like they say they will! I can't count the times I have been stiffed for $100 here, $100 there. Luckily the key thing I stick to when it comes to earning online is to never invest any of my own money. I also don't spend that much time working with a given place until I have been paid by them in the past, before. Thus optimizing my time and my profits. In general, I am actually having a REALLY good week. The profits from my business, and other misc things are actually starting to come together. I can really see myself starting to rack up a pretty good amount of profit. Got to love the internet! Anyways, have fun at the fair! They're a bit of a rip-off though for $3 for a bottle of water? You should see some of the things you have to deal with in the US. I was in New York a while back and I paid like $7-$8 for a soda understanding that it was new-york I thought I would get at least a medium-sized soda, but no. I got an incredibly tiny sized soda and I almost wanted to return it but.. people in New York, are pushy. Sooo, I kind of got pushed out of the way so the next person could buy something at their rip-off and misleading price!!

Yeah, it's the case in a place like New York where there is a lot more people all jam-packed into a small area and sadly people take advantage of that. It's reasons like this why I would never want to live in a city like New York. I would be a bum by next week! Lol, yeah. I agree. It's stay dry, or open up your wallet and pay ridiculous prices to satisfy your thirst! Or in other situations, your hunger!

yea It's not too far away.. but I avoid New York too.. what a rip-off!

I'm in CT.. but HOLY COW $7-8 Bucks for soda.. that's crazy.. I don't think I have ever seen that around here.. pretty close at fairs and Concerts though. They know when they have you trapped.. you have to pay or go thirsty/hungry..

Congrats on getting paid from 4 sites ! $3 for a bottle of water...that's crazy. Is there gold in the water? I'm saving the money I make from cash surveys I've made for the holidays (over $0 from 1 site in the last 3 months, and $25 from another site...they both offer amazon.com gift cards, and my sons always ask for video games-so that works out very well...shop from home ) The rest of the my earnings I use for bills, food, etc. So far, September has been pretty good, and it looks like October might be another decent month. Bring your own bottled water...and enjoy the fair!

Not bad.. I'm hoping my earnings at Zazzle start picking up- they usually do around this time of year. And last year was a record for me.. Until June when for some reason I sold even more.. so I am hoping that with the new stuff I have made in the last few months That I have a big increase in my sales... *fingers crossed* And you know what. lol I did bring my own water last year.. snuck it in in my back pack and refilled at the water fountain. :-) Only paid for Coffee and food and only bought one thing... I like to look around mostly, thankfully I am not a big shopper or I would be in trouble!

What is zazzle? I have never heard of it before.

Zazzle is a site that you use to create all kinds of merchandise that is then listed virtually in the Zazzle marketplace and you earn commission on whatever items you sell or even on what ever items sell of someone else if you referred that shopper to Zazzle. I have a widget on my profile page showing some of the the thing I have created there.. I mainly use my photos but some others use their artwork, graphic design or just plain old words and make T- shirts and bumper stickers with saying on them.

So was I and made about the same amount. Always helps me out toward the last part of the month. The fairs sound as bad as those frigs in the expensive hotels. $7 for a airline size sack of almonds. What ever happened to 35cent hamburgers?

That was the price of a hamburger back when I was in Junior high which was about 1965. I am very proud to have been born when I was and to have enjoyed the 60's and 70's. Great eras.

I've had a tiring but great week. I just got in now from college and am aching all over. I've got a lot of work to do tonight. I was a bit annoyed when I got home because the books I ordered from Amazon still haven't arrived. They never used to be like this I am starting to dislike their delivery service. Anyway I can happily say I am still doing well :)

That's good.. Are these books direct from Amazon or from it's affiliates sales? I preordered a book but it isn't due to ship until next month.. I hope I get it on time.
16 Sep 10
Yep they're directly from Amazon. I need them soon because my studies already started last week. Maybe I should give them feedback...

It's nice to hear that you are being paid from some of your sites. I haven't been paid from any this week. I am hoping to earn my payout for Mylot before the end of the month so that I can be paid next month. I am also hoping to reach payout for one other site that I am using. Good luck in the future and have fun at the fair!

I'd say getting paid from four sites in the last six days was more than an "okay" week. Have fun at the fair. (You could always pack a lunch and take your own water.)

Well.. I did sneak in a water bottle last year.. and we usually bring breakfast pastries in the morning so we aren't too hungry.. But I probably could put some stuff in my (AZTEK)cooler (the car came with it's own cooler as part of the console) and fill it with some cold drinks we can always go out and hydrate and then go back in.. only problem is it could be a long walk to the car..

Paid from 4 sites, that’s pretty good going! It’s good that you have plans for the cash you earned; I try to have a goal for my earnings; at the moment I’m saving to pay for my cats to stay in a nice cattery for a week while we go on holidays in January. It’s a really nice place and not cheap, my husband says we can’t afford it so I am working hard to pay for my babies to stay in a nice place; I’m already a quarter of the way there!

I would have if I could actually show some earnings. I have been trying quite unsuccessfully to make money online. In the inception it always seem like the money builds quickly then when u are half way to payout it becomes harder and more time consuming.

yea, I have found that to be the case on a few sites.. but the ones I use have actually built in profit over the years I have used them so each year I have been quite surprised to actually earn more than the year prior.

I also got paid about $30 from a site this week but I have just acquired about $32 in my PayPal. But I will consider this week to be really good for me as I usually don't get that much of money. I am not going to transfer them to my bank account yet, instead I am thinking about investing them.

I think its this week an OKAY week for me, because I was struggling from more than a month to earn money through online without investment ; what exactly i mean by 'struggling is I was just wasting my time in some 'SCAM' websites.., This week I get my First payment through online from a PTSU website;and I got you as my friend..!!! Now I have my own blog with link of some paying websites.

Unfortunately I havent made that much this month. I have only been paid odesk for some transcription work. I use my earings for gas and bills because of my husband being out of work. This economy is rough but we'll make it through. I hope you enjoy the fair. I use to go to our county fair and also the rodeo when I was younger. Have fun.
