how to lose weight especially at the belly?

I am overweight and i want to do some effective exercises to reduce excess fat on mybody. I have benn doing rope skipping since two months. As result i lost some weight but more at the leg region. I am unhappy because i no longer have the same perfect body of a woman(you knw what i mean). and my belly is becoming bigger day by day. So friends can youo suggest some goog exercises I can do to reduce fats in the stomach area to have a flat belly?

Hello have you ever tried the 'yogic breathing exercises' as taught by world famous Ramdeb Baba of india? It can keep your body fit in all respects,if you are obese, you will lose some pounds, if under weight you will gain, next it will remain steady at some point that is your ideal weight..naturally your belly will be flat lol.. while skipping only your leg muscles do the majority of work so losing weight at legs was the obvious result. To loose the fat at belly you have to do more of cardio exercises especially aerobics and jogging work wonders. Moreover to be in perfect shape regularly do yoga for t least 45 minutes. Follow a good and nutritious diet plan. And most importantly keep patience it will take some time to loose but you will get in shape.

here is what i suggest. you involve yourself into more physical activities like add another hour to your usual walks, etc.. second, eat properly, it means you do not eat less, you just eat what is healthy and avoid oily, fatty, unhealthy food. third, you do this regularly, losing weight is not an overnight endeavor. that's it, this method worked for me, i hope it works for you too.

I'm sorry to disappoint but there are no methods of removing fat from a local area that actually work (except of course lyposuction). Your best bet is to just keep losing weight until your body regains the right proportions again. Start watching how much you eat and just eat a little bit less.
