its takes a heart to loose weight..

With so much food the world has to offer and the lack of discipline of the people we gain so much weight. I myself still battling to loose weight not for the good looks but for my good health. I should have made myself busy from other things than the foods. Eat less to live longer.

Does it matter if you die tomorrow or 30 years from now? Why do you want to live longer?

Yes it matters. Everybody has its purpose in life. Even a single tick of a clock would matter in touching lives.

Its not possible especially if your work demands all your time. Simple tasks probably would be of great help. Discipline is the key.

I have to agree with you that it is very hard to lose weight with all the foods out there to tempt potential dieters. It makes it so hard to watch what I eat when everything looks so delicious! I am trying to eat less. When I remember, I use a smaller plate so it looks like more food. I try to drink water before meals to start feeling full faster. Also, water is supposed to flush out the bad stuff.

Maybe the best we do is to change the mindset. Whatever the mind is thinking the body will follow. The power of the mind is the most responsible for the failure and success fo every individual.

Me too, im getting depress since im having a hard time losing weight :( I gain weight so easy, i use to reduce weight too easy simply by eating pineapple and papaya but now, i don't know. Maybe because of the age, that reducing weight is requires much time :(.

I've been saying to my friends that I will start to diet...tomorrow and the next day will be the same statement. It's only now that I begin to regret not going in a diet sooner. It's so hard to loose weight especially in my lifestyle, but I try to. Like giving up eating rice (if I do eat rice it's just a cup and this only happens once a week), I also gave up the sweet things like cola and chocolates. There are a lot of sacrifices to do in order to loose weight after all.
