Life and how it will end?

Do you get frightened that something might happen to the world and we will all die? Or do you get worried about the pain that you will feel when you do die? I know this is a morbid subject and I feel silly saying this but, I worry a lot about how much pain I'm going to go through when I die and I also worry about how safe I am in this world. I am not worried about where I will go after this life because I know where I am going to be. However, I do worry about my children and their future and things like that. Is this normal?

All good things come to an end. It was said that the world will end in December 21st, 2012. Honestly, I don't like seeing this number 2012. It gives me spooky and bad feelings. For you, it's normal for you to worry. I worry too and I constantly think about it, which I don't think is good. But when it ends, let it end. When it ends, everything will be wiped out and so be it! As long as we have not lived our lives in vain, there will be nothing for us to regret when the world ends!

Hi JudgeIronFist. The reason they say it will end on December 21st 2012 that is when the Mian clander runs out. It says in the bible that only the FATHER (God) knows when HE will end this world. Don't worry about that date God isn't that obvious. God is a lot smarter then that. Who knows when the world will end who cares. For when this world ends we will all be in spiritual bodies no more pain and suffering no more tears. Thank God! I look forward to never aging and growing old no more tears no more anything bad!

no hehe, it is inevitable~ XD but on the other hand, it is just a theory. But yes, sometimes i get worried about the fact where the world will meet its end. I get worried with all the people who'll going to die, im worried if they'll go to heaven or hell.... well, for now if that will really happen, we should value our life and do good deeds and also repent as well :)... and! this is all but a theory as i have said before, but no one knows~ only God knows. the same as you, i am worried for my family and friends, the treasured memories and all, our nature, the land, the air, all the living things and such. :) that's why as early as today, I treasure the moments i have been experiencing and do good things more than the bad things :)

Yep that's exactly what I mean. I think though you have to push the worry away because you can go down a spiral of worrying about this and that and never getting anywhere. Like you say we have to treasure the good moments and make the most of them. Thanks for replying.

Hi Mickie. If you want to know how it will end read Matthew 24 , Mark13, and Luke 21. In the King James Bible.

It is normal to have worries and fear of the unknown. I myself also feel frightened on the unknown events in my life. I'm also scared of dying and suffering from any pain. Don't worry your not alone in feeling scared and frightened.

Yep that's exactly where I'm at. I am glad to hear that I am not alone. This is what I wonder about. The thing about leaving your kids I think about that too. It's always in the back of my mind.

your thinking seem to be not normal. Why you always think wrong side of life. All your thoughts are negative thoughts and you seem to be pecimist. Please do not mistake me.It is said that all our miseries for all of us without any exception is due to only one reason.. that is we do not live in the present and all of us live either brooding over the past or worrying about the future that is what you are doing.Try to live in the present and you will be happy. How to live in the present?....simple when you are eating think of eating only and nothing else.. when you are washing cloths you think of washing cloths only and nothing else.. when you are walking think of walking only and nothing else. This way you think of the present whatever it may be. This is the truth and many have succeeded. You try..it is free...

For me I don't afraid to die because in john 5:28-29 Jehovah God will resurrect the deed into a live.

as a loving person i am afraid of what will happened when the end of the world came. i really love my family and friends. but as a Christian i will speak in according to GOD's word. Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life no one come to the father but by me. If Jesus is the life, and He is in heaven and we believe in Him and follow Him, we will surely be with Him. He's promises are true, I know He will keep His promise and we will be with Him someday. There's nothing to fear about. The question is are you a follower and doer of God's word

Life changes on daily basis making us a bit nervy. I am the type that I worry more about being alive than I do if after I die. However for the children's sake this I do think about but know that unless things change for the better the future is pretty grim.

"Do you get frightened that something might happen to the world and we will all die?" That will never happen. What makes you think that God will allow this beautiful masterpiece of a planet be destroyed. He does promise to destroy the wicked so we just have to make sure we are not wicked and we have nothing to worry about. Even if we die He can bring us back to life. There is nothing that He cannot do. The Bible says 'if God is for us who can be against us"' We need not worry needlessly. He can take care of things.

I think that at this stage of my life, im not ready to die just yet. My baby is only 3 years old and I would rather die when she's done school and successful with her chosen career than die now having nothing. I raise my kid on my own and I don't get support from her father and it's pretty hard to think of this things that it could happen because I would not want to leave her alone, even the thought of it breaks my heart in million pieces. I worry on what's gonna happen to her so I am praying that this will never happen to my kid, nor to those who have the same situation that I am in.

yup, why should you worry about tomorrow? Jesus said that today has enough problems of its own. and does worrying add to your life and whole being as a person? so why worry.
