yes- water is important. are you ready to take control of your diet? you have to restrict your calories and exercise as much as possible. put in as much time as you can exercising. what i like to do is replace one meal a day with half an hour of exercise. that is every day! that will help you lose fat. i also like to limit my cals to 1000 or less each day. then i burn off at least 200 cals. you can't spot reduce, so you will lose fat from all areas of your body, not just your belly.

Drink more water throughout the day than you usually do...Do 3 sets of 10 situps everyother day...Jog for 20 minutes two three times a week....try to cut out some sweets and calories. Eat lots of veggies and fruits in place of chocolate and candy. More water.
