Prayer Request for my EX

For some odd reason I am not receiving your posts - not that I have been active these past few weeks but I do read them on my BB even if I do not get the chance to answer. My sister is in the same position as her ex is dying of cancer and has only weeks to live.It doesn't matter really how many years you have been apart as I am sure that you did have a few good memories despite the bad ones and you would not want him to suffer at all. I know this because you asked for prayers.Of course I will pray for him and will start right now. Blessings dear friend.

Oh dear, I have added him to my prayer list. I hope he has an easier time with this and that it goes into remission soon.hugs...

i will surely pray for him to not suffer any pain or maybe it will mysteriously disappear. its been known to happen. but i do know that its a constant thing in our lives this darn cancer is getting everyone. i know what you mean. my step dad was so mean to me, he was one of the few people i ever truely hated in my life and yet he suffered so terribley with cancer, i prayed 2 or 3 times a day for his release from pain.

Hiya antiquelady, Will send my prayers out to him too. You are right Cancer has no mercy. I know someone with Stomach Cancer and it looks pretty grim for him too but I send out prayers for him also. A Spanish Star was on the Television last night stricken with this as well and her bravery brought tears to my eyes. Such bravery I think she will live a long long time and I hope very much so she is a real fighter and how. I hope he does get better some Cancers do remit without any explanation at all. I think it´s through the power of Prayer.

My prayers are with him. Yes its not right for us to wish anything harmful to another person even if we have experienced bad from them. I wish him well and his family will stand by him for his recovery.

As christians I believe that we should not limit our prayers to friends only but even to those who have betrayed us. Let us pray together for a miraculous cure for your ex. May he find strength to overcome the cancer.

Me either....consider it done! My ex is long gone over thirty years ago and I wouldn't wish that on him either!

Awww Jo.... that's so sweet of you! I'm serious! To care enough to ask for prayers for someone such as your ex is really sweet of you! Not many could do that and I admire you for doing so! I will put him in my prayers for sure! May God heal him through His loving hands. Amen.

I just did! Praying for someone who is too far to reach is the best way to extend help. God is the greatest healer and if it is according to His will, He surely will heal Mr. Dee. I hope he could make it through. God bless him.

It is so very compassionate of you to request prayers for your ex. I will include him in my prayers for sure. Cancer is a nasty beast and it can attack anyone. Just this morning our local radio station interviewed a retired football player who has just discovered his body is riddled with cancerous tumours. He has done a documentary on his condition to raise awareness. I pray for Dee Corlew’s health.

Oh Jo, I am so sorry to hear that. I will keep Dee and his family in my prayers. Hopefully he won't have a bad reaction to chemo, as some people don't have all the awful symptoms. Please keep me posted. Hugs!
